招商銀行哈爾濱分行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:近兩年來,國家宏觀調(diào)控力度不斷加大,準(zhǔn)備金率不斷上調(diào),銀行貸款的規(guī)模擴(kuò)張受到限制,單純依靠利差收入實(shí)現(xiàn)收益的贏利模式已很難持續(xù)。配合總行“二次轉(zhuǎn)型”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,招商銀行哈爾濱分行致力于由利差主導(dǎo)型盈利模式向表外(中間)業(yè)務(wù)主導(dǎo)型盈利模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,大力發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù),努力降低資本消耗,中間業(yè)務(wù)的市場份額和收入占比穩(wěn)步提高。但同時(shí),招商銀行哈爾濱分行在中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展理念、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、制度建設(shè)、管理架構(gòu)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控等諸多方面存在著問題或不足,一定程度上制約了其中間業(yè)務(wù)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文從國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)入手,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外和本地區(qū)的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融形勢(shì)以及招商銀行哈爾濱分行的經(jīng)營實(shí)際,在具體分析招商銀行哈爾濱分行中間業(yè)務(wù)的開展現(xiàn)狀、存在問題和內(nèi)外部有利與不利條件的基礎(chǔ)上,,從宏觀設(shè)計(jì)與微觀實(shí)施兩個(gè)層面提出了解決問題的總體思路、基本原則、短期目標(biāo)和業(yè)務(wù)定位,對(duì)招商銀行哈爾濱分行如何解決制約中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中遇到的困難、促進(jìn)中間業(yè)務(wù)又快又好地發(fā)展,進(jìn)行了宏觀策略的分析研究,提出了微觀實(shí)施的解決辦法。最后,本文針對(duì)招商銀行哈爾濱分行中間業(yè)務(wù)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提出了具備一定前瞻性和針對(duì)性的實(shí)施建議。
[Abstract]:In the past two years, the state has continuously strengthened its macro-control efforts, the reserve ratio has been continuously increased, and the scale of bank loans has been restricted. It is very difficult to sustain the profit mode of relying solely on the income of interest difference to realize the profit, and to cooperate with the implementation of the "second transformation" strategy of the head office. China Merchants Bank Harbin Branch is committed to the shift from the interest-differential-oriented profit model to the off-balance-sheet (intermediate) profit-oriented model, vigorously developing intermediate business and striving to reduce capital consumption. At the same time, China Merchants Bank Harbin Branch in the intermediate business development concept, product innovation, economic benefits, system construction, management framework. There are some problems or deficiencies in risk management and control, which restrict the sustainable development of intermediate business to some extent. This paper starts with the development status and trend of intermediate business of commercial banks at home and abroad, and combines the macroeconomic and financial situation of domestic and foreign and the local area, as well as the operation practice of Harbin Branch of China Merchants Bank. On the basis of analyzing the status quo of the intermediate business of China Merchants Bank Harbin Branch, the existing problems and the advantages and disadvantages of internal and external conditions. From the macro design and micro implementation two levels of the overall thinking, basic principles, short-term objectives and business positioning. How to solve the difficulties of restricting the development of intermediate business in Harbin Branch of China Merchants Bank and promote the rapid and good development of intermediary business is analyzed and studied in this paper. Finally, aiming at the sustainable development of the intermediate business of China Merchants Bank Harbin Branch, this paper puts forward some forward-looking and targeted implementation suggestions.
