【摘要】:借助因特網的出現、發(fā)展和電子商務的興起,,信息網絡技術與金融全球化高度結合,全球電子銀行蓬勃發(fā)展。電子銀行能夠拓寬金融服務領域,提高金融服務質量,擴大銷售收入,降低服務成本。各商業(yè)銀行為了更好地適應新技術帶來的新的需求,紛紛加快了電子銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展步伐,推出電話銀行、網上銀行、手機銀行、企業(yè)銀行等多種金融產品,不斷擴充和完善產品服務功能,培植潛在客戶群體及未來市場,電子銀行成為銀行業(yè)服務競爭的焦點。與此同時,外資銀行紛紛以電子銀行作為突破口與國內的銀行展開競爭。這一背景下,研究電子銀行產品創(chuàng)新和服務創(chuàng)新,順應了時代潮流,具有重要的現實意義;谝陨险J識,論文運用實證分析與規(guī)范分析相結合、一般分析與個別分析相結合的研究方法,以電子銀行概念,金融創(chuàng)新理論為理論基礎,首先對國內外電子銀行產品和服務創(chuàng)新現狀進行分析,然后依次對個人網銀產品創(chuàng)新案例,企業(yè)網銀產品創(chuàng)新案例和手機銀行產品和服務創(chuàng)新案例進行分析,最后為我國電子銀行產品和服務的創(chuàng)新提出對策建議,促使電子銀行業(yè)務步入穩(wěn)步發(fā)展的快車道。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of the Internet, development and the rise of electronic commerce, information network technology and financial globalization are highly integrated, the global electronic banking boom. Electronic banking can broaden the field of financial services. To improve the quality of financial services, expand sales revenue, reduce service costs. In order to better adapt to the new demand brought by new technology, commercial banks have accelerated the pace of electronic banking business development, introduced telephone banks. Internet banking, mobile banking, corporate banking and other financial products, continue to expand and improve the product service function, to cultivate potential customer groups and future markets. E-banking has become the focus of banking service competition. At the same time, foreign banks have to use e-banking as a breakthrough point to compete with domestic banks. The research on product innovation and service innovation of electronic banking conforms to the trend of the times and has important practical significance. Based on the above understanding, the paper combines empirical analysis with normative analysis. Based on the concept of electronic banking and the theory of financial innovation, the research methods of general analysis and individual analysis are used to analyze the innovation status of electronic banking products and services at home and abroad. Then the paper analyzes the cases of personal net silver product innovation, enterprise net silver product innovation case and mobile phone bank product and service innovation case in turn, and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation of electronic banking products and services in our country. To promote the steady development of e-banking business into the fast track.
