【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的崛起,資本、信息、物質(zhì)的流動(dòng)也在逐步加快。特別是在資本方面,貿(mào)易、金融等與投資相關(guān)的資本活動(dòng)已經(jīng)使全球變成一個(gè)緊密結(jié)合的共同體。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的日益提高,越來越多的資金被投入到高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資也逐步被人們所認(rèn)識(shí)并接受。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資作為一種新的金融產(chǎn)業(yè),正對(duì)城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)空間和城市空間的重構(gòu)產(chǎn)生較為深刻的影響。因此,深入研究風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的空間分布特征、城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系及空間差異的影響因素,將對(duì)城市乃至國家的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展乃至經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長提供有用的參考。近年來,在西方發(fā)達(dá)國家,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的相關(guān)研究己逐漸成為各學(xué)科研究的熱點(diǎn),有關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的地理學(xué)研究也不斷涌現(xiàn)。然而,這些文獻(xiàn)均以歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家的城市為研究對(duì)象,作為發(fā)展中國家的中國還很少有此類研究。因此,本文選取了中國風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資發(fā)展較為迅速的城市作為研究對(duì)象,試圖彌補(bǔ)發(fā)展中國家在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資地理領(lǐng)域研究的差距。 全文共分為六章。第一章是緒論,主要介紹選題背景、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容和研究方法。第二章界定了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的概念及相關(guān)理論,對(duì)全球其他國家和中國的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并且總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展。第三、四、五章是本文的主體部分,第三章主要研究了中國風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的時(shí)間、空間、行業(yè)分布特點(diǎn)；第四章則通過比較風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資在各個(gè)城市之間的分布差異,進(jìn)而對(duì)影響中國風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資空間差異的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析與總結(jié)；第五章則研究了中國風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的城市網(wǎng)絡(luò),從網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心度、凝集子群、城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)分布特點(diǎn)等各個(gè)角度對(duì)中國風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的城市網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了深層次的分析,并以北京、上海、深圳等城市為例,針對(duì)上文中多次提到的空間鄰近性進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的探究。第六章則總結(jié)全文,對(duì)本文試圖解決的關(guān)鍵問題做了總結(jié)和回答,并對(duì)我國風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的進(jìn)一步研究提出了建議。
[Abstract]:With the rise of the network society, the flow of capital, information and material is speeding up gradually, especially in the aspect of capital, trade. With the rapid development of science and technology, the level of economy has been improved with the development of finance and other investment-related capital activities. More and more funds are invested in high-tech industries. Venture capital is gradually recognized and accepted by people. Venture capital as a new financial industry. It has a profound impact on the reconstruction of urban economic space and urban space. Therefore, the spatial distribution characteristics of venture capital, the urban network system and the influence factors of spatial difference are deeply studied. In recent years, in western developed countries, the research on venture capital has gradually become a hot topic in various disciplines. However, these literatures focus on the cities of developed countries in Europe and the United States, and there are few such studies in China, which is a developing country. In this paper, Chinese venture capital developed rapidly in cities as the research object, trying to make up for the gap between the developing countries in the field of venture capital geography. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background of the topic, research significance, research content and research methods. The second chapter defines the concept of venture capital and related theories. This paper analyzes the current situation of venture capital in other countries and China, and summarizes the research progress at home and abroad. The third, fourth and fifth chapters are the main part of this paper, the third chapter mainly studies the time of venture capital in China. Space, industry distribution characteristics; Chapter 4th compares the distribution differences of venture capital in different cities, and then makes a systematic analysis and summary of the related factors that affect the spatial differences of venture capital in China. Chapter 5th studies the urban network of venture capital in China, and analyzes the urban network of venture capital in China from the aspects of network centrality, agglutination subgroup, urban network distribution and so on. Taking Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other cities as an example, this paper makes a further study on the spatial proximity mentioned above. Chapter 6th summarizes the full text, and summarizes and answers the key problems that this paper tries to solve. Suggestions for further study of venture capital in China are put forward.
