包商銀行烏蘭察布分行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型的6δ應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前烏蘭察布市金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,包商銀行烏蘭察布分行作為首家進(jìn)駐烏蘭察布市的城市商業(yè)銀行,秉承包商銀行的發(fā)展理念,結(jié)合烏蘭察布地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,正在探索適合自身零售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的特色之路。 本文首先通過理論綜述,確立了包商銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施是以6δ管理為理論基礎(chǔ);其次,介紹包商銀行的基本情況、發(fā)展理念和運(yùn)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略,清晰地展示出了包商銀行的整體情況,并對(duì)包商銀行烏蘭察布分行概況及個(gè)人金融業(yè)務(wù)做了闡述;第三,介紹了包商銀行烏蘭察布分行的運(yùn)營(yíng)環(huán)境,包括烏蘭察布市地區(qū)的基本情況,重點(diǎn)對(duì)與包商銀行烏蘭察布分行發(fā)展密切相關(guān)的兩大因素——地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和金融環(huán)境進(jìn)行了介紹和分析;第四,對(duì)包商銀行烏蘭察布分行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)零售業(yè)務(wù)中存在的問題和原因進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地分析;第五,對(duì)分行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施進(jìn)行了環(huán)境分析和必要性分析;最后,結(jié)合前述的相關(guān)情況和分析,以6δ管理為工具,提出包商銀行烏蘭察布分行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)型項(xiàng)目6δ管理實(shí)施策略。
[Abstract]:At present, the financial industry of Wulanchab is becoming more and more competitive. As the first city commercial bank to be stationed in Ulanchab, the Ulanchab branch of the contractor bank adheres to the development concept of the contractor bank. In combination with the present economic development situation of Wulanchabu region, it is exploring the characteristic road suitable for the development of its retail business. First of all, through the theoretical summary, this paper establishes that the implementation of the transformation strategy of the contractor's network is based on the 6 未 management. Secondly, it introduces the basic situation, development concept and operation strategy of the contractor bank, and clearly shows the overall situation of the contractor bank, and expounds the general situation of Ulanchab branch of the contractor bank and personal financial business. Thirdly, it introduces the operating environment of Ulanchab branch of the contractor bank, including the basic situation of Ulanchab city area. The paper mainly introduces and analyzes the regional economic environment and financial environment, which are closely related to the development of Ulaanchab branch of the contractor bank. In 4th, the problems and reasons in the retail business of Ulanchab Branch of the contractor Bank were analyzed in detail. 5th, carried on the environmental analysis and the necessity analysis to the branch network transformation project implementation; Finally, combining the above related situation and analysis, taking 6 未 management as the tool, this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of the 6 未 management project of Ulanchab branch network transformation project of the contractor bank.
