中國銀行黑龍江省分行私人銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:隨著金融危機后中國財富市場的快速增長,優(yōu)質客戶已逐漸變成中資與外資銀行競爭的主要對象,,尤其是在爭奪私人銀行業(yè)務上十分激烈。外資銀行充分運用其高效、可行性高的業(yè)務模式,紛紛在高端客戶最為集中的北京、上海等地開設私人銀行機構,目標緊盯資產(chǎn)在1000萬元以上的高凈值人士。因此,如何拓展私人銀行業(yè)務,滿足客戶需求,提高銀行經(jīng)營效益成為商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的當務之急。 本文總結了國內外私人銀行業(yè)務相關問題的研究現(xiàn)狀,明確了私人銀行業(yè)務與其他理財業(yè)務的區(qū)別,以中國銀行黑龍江省分行(以下簡稱:中行黑龍江分行)為研究對象,采用理論分析和實證研究相結合的方法,深入分析了中行黑龍江分行私人銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,指出客戶細分亟待深入、服務流程有待優(yōu)化、產(chǎn)品同質化現(xiàn)象嚴重、缺乏復合型人才、渠道覆蓋率不高、績效考核機制亟待健全等是其存在的主要問題。通過SWOT分析,明確了黑龍江分行私人銀行業(yè)務發(fā)展的內部優(yōu)勢和劣勢、外部機會與威脅,在借鑒國外私人銀行業(yè)務先進經(jīng)驗的基礎上,提出應從客戶細分、流程優(yōu)化、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、人才培養(yǎng)、渠道建設、績效考核等六個方面給出了中行黑龍江分行私人銀行業(yè)務的發(fā)展策略。以期最終能促進黑龍江分行私人銀行業(yè)務的長效發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's wealth market after the financial crisis, high-quality customers have gradually become the main object of competition between Chinese and foreign banks. Especially in the competition for private banking business is very fierce. Foreign banks make full use of its efficient and highly feasible business model, one after another in high-end customers in Beijing, Shanghai and other places to set up private banking institutions. Therefore, how to expand private banking business, meet the needs of customers, and improve bank operating efficiency become the top priority for the development of commercial banks. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign private banking business related research status, and makes clear the differences between private banking business and other financial services. Taking the Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch) as the research object, the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research is adopted. This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of private bank business development of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch, and points out that customer segmentation needs to be deepened urgently, service flow needs to be optimized, product homogenization is serious, lack of compound talents, and channel coverage is not high. Through the SWOT analysis, it is clear that the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the development of private bank business in Heilongjiang Branch. On the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign private banking business, this paper puts forward that customer segmentation, process optimization, product innovation, talent training and channel construction should be taken into account. The development strategy of private bank business in Heilongjiang Branch of Bank of China is given in six aspects, so as to promote the long-term development of private banking business in Heilongjiang Branch.
