中國(guó)銀行黑龍江省分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:隨著金融危機(jī)后中國(guó)財(cái)富市場(chǎng)的快速增長(zhǎng),優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶已逐漸變成中資與外資銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的主要對(duì)象,,尤其是在爭(zhēng)奪私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)上十分激烈。外資銀行充分運(yùn)用其高效、可行性高的業(yè)務(wù)模式,紛紛在高端客戶最為集中的北京、上海等地開設(shè)私人銀行機(jī)構(gòu),目標(biāo)緊盯資產(chǎn)在1000萬元以上的高凈值人士。因此,如何拓展私人銀行業(yè)務(wù),滿足客戶需求,提高銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)效益成為商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本文總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)問題的研究現(xiàn)狀,明確了私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)與其他理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的區(qū)別,以中國(guó)銀行黑龍江省分行(以下簡(jiǎn)稱:中行黑龍江分行)為研究對(duì)象,采用理論分析和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,深入分析了中行黑龍江分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,指出客戶細(xì)分亟待深入、服務(wù)流程有待優(yōu)化、產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重、缺乏復(fù)合型人才、渠道覆蓋率不高、績(jī)效考核機(jī)制亟待健全等是其存在的主要問題。通過SWOT分析,明確了黑龍江分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、外部機(jī)會(huì)與威脅,在借鑒國(guó)外私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出應(yīng)從客戶細(xì)分、流程優(yōu)化、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、人才培養(yǎng)、渠道建設(shè)、績(jī)效考核等六個(gè)方面給出了中行黑龍江分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展策略。以期最終能促進(jìn)黑龍江分行私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的長(zhǎng)效發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's wealth market after the financial crisis, high-quality customers have gradually become the main object of competition between Chinese and foreign banks. Especially in the competition for private banking business is very fierce. Foreign banks make full use of its efficient and highly feasible business model, one after another in high-end customers in Beijing, Shanghai and other places to set up private banking institutions. Therefore, how to expand private banking business, meet the needs of customers, and improve bank operating efficiency become the top priority for the development of commercial banks. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign private banking business related research status, and makes clear the differences between private banking business and other financial services. Taking the Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch) as the research object, the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research is adopted. This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of private bank business development of Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch, and points out that customer segmentation needs to be deepened urgently, service flow needs to be optimized, product homogenization is serious, lack of compound talents, and channel coverage is not high. Through the SWOT analysis, it is clear that the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the development of private bank business in Heilongjiang Branch. On the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign private banking business, this paper puts forward that customer segmentation, process optimization, product innovation, talent training and channel construction should be taken into account. The development strategy of private bank business in Heilongjiang Branch of Bank of China is given in six aspects, so as to promote the long-term development of private banking business in Heilongjiang Branch.
