【摘要】：廣東省在快速經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí)，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異日益擴(kuò)大。而金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心，具有動(dòng)員儲(chǔ)蓄、降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及配置資源等功能，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長有著巨大的推動(dòng)力和滲透力。廣東省區(qū)域金融發(fā)展差異影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平差異的擴(kuò)大，因此廣東區(qū)域金融發(fā)展差異和收斂性研究非常重要與必要，具有很好的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文基于廣東省區(qū)域金融發(fā)展差異現(xiàn)狀的分析，運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展收斂理論來檢驗(yàn)廣東省區(qū)域金融發(fā)展的收斂性，，并從理論及現(xiàn)實(shí)分析影響因素，最后提出縮小廣東省區(qū)域金融差距的政策建議，以期為縮小廣東區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差距、統(tǒng)籌區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供參考。 本文分析表明,對(duì)于廣東這一市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程較快、開放程度較高的省份來說，區(qū)域金融發(fā)展的非均衡特征非常明顯，珠三角地區(qū)金融發(fā)展水平遠(yuǎn)高于東西兩翼與山區(qū)。2000-2010年，廣東區(qū)域金融發(fā)展不存在α收斂和絕對(duì)β收斂，區(qū)域金融絕對(duì)差距發(fā)展大體上表現(xiàn)為先平穩(wěn)接著擴(kuò)大最后縮小的趨勢(shì)。而且發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)金融發(fā)展快于欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)，呈現(xiàn)出“富者越富、貧者越貧”的馬太效應(yīng)。珠三角區(qū)內(nèi)差異超過東西兩翼、山區(qū)的區(qū)內(nèi)差異，成為廣東區(qū)域內(nèi)部差異乃至總體差異的主導(dǎo)部分。與此同時(shí)，廣東區(qū)域金融發(fā)展存在條件β收斂，且粵北山區(qū)內(nèi)部各地市呈現(xiàn)俱樂部收斂的特征，區(qū)內(nèi)金融發(fā)展逐漸收斂于區(qū)域的穩(wěn)態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Along with the rapid economic development in Guangdong Province, regional economic development differences are widening. Finance is the core of modern economy, which has the functions of mobilizing savings, reducing risks and allocating resources. The difference of regional financial development in Guangdong Province affects the expansion of regional economic development level. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to study the difference and convergence of regional financial development in Guangdong, which has good theoretical and practical significance. Based on the analysis of the current situation of regional financial development in Guangdong Province, this paper uses the convergence theory of economic development to test the convergence of regional financial development in Guangdong Province, and analyzes the influencing factors from theory and reality. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to narrow the regional financial gap in Guangdong Province, in order to provide a reference for narrowing the gap of regional economic development in Guangdong Province and coordinating the regional economic development. The analysis of this paper shows that the disequilibrium of regional financial development is very obvious for Guangdong province which has a fast market-oriented process and a high degree of opening. The level of financial development in the Pearl River Delta region is much higher than that in the east and west wings and mountain areas. There is no 偽 convergence and absolute 尾 convergence in the regional financial development of Guangdong Province. The absolute gap between regional finance and regional finance shows a tendency of steady first and then expanding and then narrowing. Moreover, the financial development of developed regions is faster than that of less developed regions, showing that "the rich are richer than the less developed." The difference in the Pearl River Delta is more than that in the east and west, and the regional difference in the mountainous area has become the dominant part of the regional difference and even the overall difference in Guangdong. There exists condition 尾 convergence in the development of regional finance in Guangdong, and the regional financial development gradually converges to the steady state of the region.
