【摘要】:在傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營(yíng)理念的影響下,我國(guó)上市商業(yè)銀行一直依賴于存貸業(yè)務(wù)收入作為其主要的收入來源,凈利息收入占比一直維持近70%至80%的高水平,利差主導(dǎo)型盈利模式的特征較為明顯。這種利差主導(dǎo)型的盈利模式在利率還未市場(chǎng)化時(shí),由于政策紅利的庇佑可以使上市商業(yè)銀行獲得穩(wěn)定的收益。然而,隨著近些年我國(guó)利率市場(chǎng)化改革的不斷推進(jìn),上市商業(yè)銀行將面臨利差收入不斷縮窄等一系列問題,傳統(tǒng)利差主導(dǎo)型的盈利模式會(huì)受到巨大的沖擊,我國(guó)上市商業(yè)銀行終將走上盈利模式的轉(zhuǎn)型之路。因此,探索利率市場(chǎng)化下我國(guó)上市商業(yè)銀行盈利模式具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以利率市場(chǎng)化改革為背景,首先對(duì)利率市場(chǎng)化以及商業(yè)銀行盈利模式概念進(jìn)行了相關(guān)介紹。其次,通過對(duì)我國(guó)上市商業(yè)銀行盈利模式的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的主要問題。隨后,文章系統(tǒng)分析了利率市場(chǎng)化對(duì)我國(guó)上市商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)盈利模式造成的四方面影響。最后,綜合前文的分析,并通過借鑒美日兩國(guó)在利率市場(chǎng)化下盈利模式成功轉(zhuǎn)型的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我國(guó)上市商業(yè)銀行在利率市場(chǎng)化改革下進(jìn)行盈利模式的轉(zhuǎn)型提出了對(duì)策建議,具體包括轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營(yíng)理念、優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)存貸業(yè)務(wù)、大力發(fā)展非利息業(yè)務(wù)、實(shí)行差異化經(jīng)營(yíng)策略以及完善利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制五方面。
[Abstract]:The influence of traditional management idea, listed commercial banks in China has been dependent on the loan business income as the main source of income, net interest income accounted for the high level maintained nearly 70% to 80% of the characteristics of dominant profit model spreads more obvious. This spreads dominant profit model in the interest rate market yet when, due to the dividend policy of listed commercial banks shall make steady profits. However, in recent years, with China's market-oriented interest rate reform, the listed commercial banks will face interest income has narrowed and a series of problems, the traditional spread oriented profit model will be a huge impact, China's listed commercial the bank will eventually embark on profit model transformation. Therefore, research has important practical significance under the marketization of interest rate of China's listed commercial banks profit model. Based on the interest rate marketization Firstly, the background of reform, interest rate marketization, commercial banks profit model concept are introduced. Secondly, through the analysis of the present situation of listed commercial bank profit model of our country, found the main problems. Then, the paper analyzes four aspects of the interest rate market impact on the traditional profit model of China's listed commercial bank. Finally, based on the above analysis, and the main experience of Japan in the interest rate market profit model of successful transformation, the countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of China's listed commercial bank profit model in the interest rate marketization reform is put forward, including the transformation of management idea, optimizing the traditional deposit and loan business, to develop non business interest, implement differentiated business strategy and improve the interest rate risk management mechanism in five aspects.
