【摘要】：小企業(yè)作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，正在發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越大的作用，但是“融資難”一直是困擾小企業(yè)發(fā)展的主要問(wèn)題之一。近幾年，隨著國(guó)家對(duì)小企業(yè)的大力支持，各銀行對(duì)小企業(yè)金融服務(wù)日益重視。許多商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)變了傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)觀念，將目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)移到小企業(yè)金融業(yè)務(wù)上，銀行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈。考慮到小企業(yè)金融業(yè)務(wù)將是銀行利潤(rùn)的重要增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)，如何在這么多提供同質(zhì)化產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者中脫穎而出獲得小企業(yè)的信賴(lài)，信貸流程優(yōu)化將成為商業(yè)銀行的必然選擇。 本文以河北銀行為主要研究對(duì)象，綜合運(yùn)用理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合對(duì)其小企業(yè)信貸流程進(jìn)行研究。首先運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略地圖辨析了銀行戰(zhàn)略與小企業(yè)信貸流程的關(guān)系，分析得出小企業(yè)信貸流程優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)；然后通過(guò)小企業(yè)信貸流程過(guò)程分析找出需要改進(jìn)的環(huán)節(jié)；其次對(duì)小企業(yè)信貸流程優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行研究與設(shè)計(jì)；最后對(duì)小企業(yè)信貸流程優(yōu)化方案實(shí)施策略進(jìn)行規(guī)劃。 對(duì)河北銀行小企業(yè)信貸流程優(yōu)化的研究，，一方面可以為其小企業(yè)信貸流程提供優(yōu)化方案，為其達(dá)到“服務(wù)小企業(yè)”、建成“環(huán)渤海區(qū)域領(lǐng)先公眾銀行”的戰(zhàn)略提供保障，同時(shí)也為其他商業(yè)銀行小企業(yè)信貸研究提供一定的借鑒。此外對(duì)于小企業(yè)信貸流程的研究，還可以快速高效地滿(mǎn)足小企業(yè)的融資需求，改善小企業(yè)信貸環(huán)境，對(duì)小企業(yè)健康發(fā)展，改變中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式和調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:As an important part of our national economy , small enterprises are playing a more and more important role , but " financing difficulties " has been one of the main problems that plague the development of small enterprises . In recent years , with the strong support of small enterprises , many commercial banks have shifted the traditional concept of business and transferred the target to small business financial businesses . This paper studies the credit flow of small enterprises by combining theory and practice with Hebei Bank . First , the relationship between bank strategy and credit process of small enterprises is analyzed by using strategic map , and the goal of optimization of credit process in small enterprises is analyzed . Secondly , through analyzing the process of credit process of small enterprises , we find out the link which needs improvement ; secondly , research and design of the optimization scheme of credit process of small enterprises ; and finally , the strategy of optimizing the credit process of small enterprises is planned . The research on the credit process optimization of small enterprises in Hebei bank can provide the optimization scheme for the credit process of small enterprises , provide the guarantee for the strategy of " the leading public bank in the Bohai Sea " and provide some reference for the credit research of small enterprises in other commercial banks . In addition , it can meet the financing needs of small enterprises quickly and efficiently , improve the credit environment of small enterprises , and make the changes of the way of Chinese economy grow and adjust the industrial structure .
