【摘要】:在電子信息浪潮下,電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)成為銀行性金融機(jī)構(gòu)維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,開(kāi)拓新市場(chǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的新戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)不僅可以大大降低金融機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,整合資源,還可以利用規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)的優(yōu)勢(shì),降低企業(yè)成本,提升盈利水平。隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的深入發(fā)展,,農(nóng)村金融市場(chǎng)的逐漸開(kāi)放和準(zhǔn)入條件的放寬,農(nóng)村金融市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,呈現(xiàn)多層次、多樣化的特點(diǎn)。新形勢(shì)下,河北省農(nóng)村信用社電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)想要應(yīng)對(duì)日趨激烈的農(nóng)村金融市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),獲取市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)勢(shì),進(jìn)行策略抉擇,就必須科學(xué)客觀的認(rèn)識(shí)自身在同行業(yè)電子銀行發(fā)展領(lǐng)域中的位置。準(zhǔn)確的定位并以此制定出行之有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,才能更好的促進(jìn)河北省農(nóng)村信用社在農(nóng)村金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用,在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中集中優(yōu)勢(shì)力量,更好的為地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展服務(wù)。 本文以農(nóng)村信用社發(fā)展電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)理論為鋪墊,闡述了河北省農(nóng)村信用社電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的歷程、現(xiàn)狀和管理框架。進(jìn)而運(yùn)用SWOT分析法、比較法、統(tǒng)計(jì)法等分析方法對(duì)其電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了較為全面的分析。通過(guò)整理資料和統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)其發(fā)展中所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)劣勢(shì)、市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)和外部威脅進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述,并結(jié)合所作分析提出了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:In the electronic information era, electronic banking has become the maintenance of customer relationships, banking financial institutions to develop new markets, achieve the new battlefield of innovative products and services. Electronic banking business can not only greatly reduce the operating costs of financial institutions, the integration of resources, also can use the advantage of scale economy, reduce business costs, improve profitability with. The development of market economy, gradually opening up and relax the access conditions of the rural financial market, rural financial market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, presents a multi-level, diversified characteristics. Under the new situation, the electronic banking business of rural credit cooperatives in Hebei province to deal with the fierce competition of rural financial markets, access to market strategic advantage, strategy choice that must be scientific and objective understanding of their own in the development of electronic banking in the field of the same industry position. Accurate positioning and to make travel The effective development strategy can better promote the leading role of Hebei rural credit cooperatives in the rural financial market, concentrate strength in the fierce competition, and better serve the local economic development.
In this paper, the basic theory of the electronic banking business development of rural credit cooperatives as foundation, introduces the development process of rural credit cooperatives in the electronic banking business in Hebei Province, the current situation and management framework. Then using SWOT analysis method, comparative method, makes a comprehensive analysis of the development of analysis methods of the electronic banking business competition through. Collate information and statistical data in the face of the development of the competitive advantage, disadvantage, market opportunities and external threats are discussed, and combined with the analysis put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
