【摘要】:本文采用了文獻研究、數(shù)據(jù)分析和分類分析方法,通過閱讀大量國內外文獻,初步了解西方金融的創(chuàng)新理論,概括國外互聯(lián)網金融的發(fā)展狀況,并通過相關的圖表數(shù)據(jù)分析我國互聯(lián)網金融發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,歸納互聯(lián)網金融對商業(yè)銀行主要幾種業(yè)務的沖擊并分析了原因,并且在此基礎上分析了我國商業(yè)銀行自有的優(yōu)勢,給商業(yè)銀行在如何應對互聯(lián)網金融沖擊的問題上提出建議和措施。現(xiàn)有的研究表明,國內學者對我國互聯(lián)網金融概念的界定還沒有統(tǒng)一的概念,并且通過分析不同的業(yè)務模式下我國互聯(lián)網金融與傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行之間的競爭形勢,從而得出相應的應對策略的文獻也非常之少,大多數(shù)研究都只是從互聯(lián)網金融和傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行比較宏觀的優(yōu)劣勢層面分析。本文在梳理互聯(lián)網金融的定義的基礎上,通過分析不同的互聯(lián)網金融業(yè)務模式,對當前互聯(lián)網金融與傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行的競爭形勢,以及商業(yè)銀行的應對方法進行了更為全面的分析。國內學者在互聯(lián)網金融對商業(yè)銀行的影響分析上,大部分集中在定性分析層面,尚沒有對其量化分析的研究資料。本文從商業(yè)銀行財務報表相關項目入手進行了量化分析,在互聯(lián)網金融對商業(yè)銀行的盈利能力及盈利狀況的影響方面進行了更加細節(jié)化的研究。從商業(yè)銀行的利潤角度分析:在利潤項上,第三方支付通過對商業(yè)銀行的手續(xù)費及傭金收入的影響,影響商業(yè)銀行營業(yè)收入從而影響其盈利狀況,余額寶類產品的出現(xiàn)也一定程度上分流了銀行的理財資金,從而使銀行的理財業(yè)務收入降低。造成這些不利因素的原由有四點:行業(yè)環(huán)境的制約,盈利結構不合理,中間業(yè)務品種對比國外較少,資金運用不合理。商業(yè)銀行需要充分認識到互聯(lián)網金融帶來的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn),學習互聯(lián)網企業(yè)的思維方式和理念,重視信息整合,重視客戶體驗,在組織結構、業(yè)務模式和服務方式上進行改進以適應新的內外部環(huán)境。商業(yè)銀行的優(yōu)勢在于品牌信用、風險管理以及資本實力,商業(yè)銀行與互聯(lián)網金融不只是單純的競爭關系,兩者可在融資業(yè)務、銷售渠道等方面展開深入的合作,通過優(yōu)勢互補和資源共享來實現(xiàn)雙贏的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper adopts the method of literature research, data analysis and classification analysis, through reading a lot of literatures, a preliminary understanding of the western financial innovation theory, summarizes the Internet financial development, and through the data related to analysis the current situation of China's Internet financial development, summed up the financial impact of the Internet on commercial banks and analysis of several main business the reasons, and based on the analysis of the advantages of China's commercial banks owned commercial banks, to put forward some suggestions and measures on how to deal with the financial impact of the Internet on the issue. The existing research shows that domestic scholars to define the concept of Internet Banking in China is still not a unified concept, and the competition between China's Internet Finance and the traditional commercial banks through the analysis of different business models, and obtains the corresponding strategies of literature are very few, large Most of the studies are from the Internet Finance and traditional commercial banks to compare the advantages and disadvantages of macro level analysis. Based on the definition of combing the Internet financial, through the analysis of different Internet banking business model, the current Internet banking and traditional commercial bank competition situation, and the response of commercial banks were more comprehensive analysis of domestic scholars in the analysis of Internet financial impact on commercial banks, mostly concentrated in the qualitative analysis, there is no research on the quantitative data analysis. This paper starts from the related projects of commercial bank financial statements is analyzed quantitatively, based on more details on the Internet financial impact on the profitability and profit the situation of commercial bank. From the analysis of the profits of commercial banks: in profit item, the third party payment by the commercial bank's hand Effect of renewals and commission income, influence of commercial banks operating income thus affecting its profitability, the balance appears treasure products but also to some extent, the diversion of bank financing funds, so that the bank financial services revenue decreased. The causes of these unfavorable factors have four points: restricting the industry environment, the profit structure is not reasonable. Intermediate business varieties compared less, unreasonable use of funds. The commercial banks need to fully recognize the financial impact of the Internet and the challenges of Internet companies to learn the way of thinking and philosophy, the importance of information integration, pay attention to customer experience, in the organizational structure, business model and service mode is improved to adapt to the new environment. The commercial bank has the advantage of brand credit, risk management and capital strength, commercial banking and Internet banking is not only the competition between the two can be in harmony In order to achieve a win-win and sustainable development through mutual complementarity and sharing of resources, we have carried out deep cooperation in the aspects of investment, sales channels and so on.
