【摘要】：銀行的國際業(yè)務(wù)是伴隨外貿(mào)發(fā)展日益發(fā)展而來的,13世紀(jì)的英國是其最早的發(fā)源地。20世紀(jì)60年代,在各國金融體系改革、國際銀行監(jiān)管體系、國際貨幣體系、國際金融市場的推動下,銀行國際業(yè)務(wù)開始了高速的發(fā)展,國際業(yè)務(wù)在銀行發(fā)展中的地位和作用不斷地增強(qiáng)。國際業(yè)務(wù)是銀行界的新兵,但其優(yōu)勢卻是傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)所不可比擬的,比如:風(fēng)險低、中間收入高、盈利能力強(qiáng)等。當(dāng)前,作為金融機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)營的最關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)收入來源之一,其已成為金融機(jī)構(gòu)業(yè)績評價方面的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。自我國入世后,國內(nèi)的股份銀行、國有銀行發(fā)展勢頭迅猛,而且不斷有各種外資銀行進(jìn)入我國,讓中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行寧波市分行遭受到前所未有的內(nèi)、外雙重挑戰(zhàn)�；谏鲜鲈�,筆者期待經(jīng)由深入分析中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行寧波市分行當(dāng)前國際業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,為中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行寧波市分行國際業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃出一個明朗的前景,鞏固在寧波地區(qū)銀行國際業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)先位置。同時也為國內(nèi)其他股份制銀行國際業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展提供參考和借鑒。本文從戰(zhàn)略管理的角度,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論及分析工具,對中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行寧波市分行國際業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,旨在使中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行寧波市分行國際業(yè)務(wù)保持持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢,樹立大行地位。本文首先運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法,分析國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行國際業(yè)務(wù)及其發(fā)展的概況,奠定整篇論文的理論基礎(chǔ);同時,對國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行國際業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行案例介紹,從中得到借鑒與啟示;然后,從戰(zhàn)略研究的背景與意義出發(fā),對中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行寧波市分行國際業(yè)務(wù)面臨的內(nèi)外部因素進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略分析,并運(yùn)用大環(huán)境分析法和SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析制定中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行寧波市分行國際業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,最后在SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析的基礎(chǔ)上,按照“穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)、穩(wěn)中提質(zhì)、穩(wěn)中有為”的指導(dǎo)思想,堅持以市場為導(dǎo)向,以客戶為中心,規(guī)模與效益并重的原則,提出中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行寧波市分行國際業(yè)務(wù)差異化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的具體應(yīng)對策略及保障。
[Abstract]:With the development of foreign trade, Britain in the 13th century is its earliest birthplace. In 60s, the financial system of various countries was reformed and the international banking supervision system was established. With the promotion of the international monetary system and the international financial market, the international business of the bank has begun to develop at a high speed, and the position and role of the international business in the development of the bank have been continuously strengthened. The international business is the new recruit of the banking industry. However, its advantages are incomparable to the traditional banking industry, such as: low risk, high intermediate income, strong profitability and so on. At present, as one of the most important business revenue sources of financial institutions. It has become the key index of performance evaluation of financial institutions. Since China's entry into WTO, the domestic stock banks and state-owned banks have developed rapidly, and various kinds of foreign banks have been coming into our country. Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo City Branch to face unprecedented internal and external challenges. Based on the above reasons, I look forward to in-depth analysis of the current international business situation of the Ningbo Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. Agricultural Bank of China Ningbo Branch for the development of international business planning a bright future. Consolidate the leading position in the field of international business of Ningbo regional bank. At the same time, it provides reference and reference for the development of international business of other domestic joint-stock banks. This article from the perspective of strategic management. By using strategic management theory and analysis tools, this paper studies the international business development strategy of Ningbo Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, in order to keep the international business of Ningbo Branch of Agricultural Bank of China sustainable competitive advantage. Firstly, this paper uses the literature analysis method to analyze the international business of commercial banks at home and abroad and its development, so as to lay the theoretical foundation of the whole paper. At the same time, it introduces the international business development strategy of domestic and foreign commercial banks, and draws lessons from it. Then, starting from the background and significance of the strategic research, this paper makes a strategic analysis of the internal and external factors facing the international business of Ningbo Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. And the use of large environmental analysis and SWOT strategic analysis to formulate the agricultural bank of China Ningbo branch international business development strategy, finally on the basis of the SWOT strategic analysis, according to "steady progress, steady in quality." We insist on the principle of taking the market as the guide, taking the customer as the center and paying equal attention to the scale and efficiency. This paper puts forward the specific strategies and guarantees of the international business differentiation development strategy of Ningbo Branch of Agricultural Bank of China.
