【摘要】：自從“走出去”戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施以來,我國(guó)外向FDI增長(zhǎng)十分迅速,使得人們逐漸開始關(guān)注外向FDI (OFDI, Outward Foreign Direct Investment)對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的影響,其中焦點(diǎn)問題之一在于外向FDI的逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng),這也是我國(guó)政府鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行對(duì)外直接投資的關(guān)鍵原因之一。因此,在我國(guó)提出建設(shè)“創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家”的背景下,深入研究外向FDI與我國(guó)自主創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系有著十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 目前,我國(guó)對(duì)于FDI的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的研究主要集中在內(nèi)向FDI (IFDI, Inward Foreign Direct Investment),在我國(guó)外向FDI規(guī)模快速增長(zhǎng)的背景下,本文將二者的相關(guān)性研究應(yīng)用于外向FDI,分析了外向FDI影響我國(guó)自主創(chuàng)新能力的路徑和機(jī)理,并采取中國(guó)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證了其在中國(guó)的特定表現(xiàn)。具體研究框架如下：第一章主要闡述選題背景與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及本文所采取的研究方法與內(nèi)容；第二章對(duì)外向FDI影響我國(guó)自主創(chuàng)新能力的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析,包括已有的度量自主創(chuàng)新能力的方法,解釋對(duì)外直接投資的相關(guān)理論以及對(duì)自主創(chuàng)新概念的界定；第三章分別對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資和自主創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析；第四章分別分析了影響我國(guó)自主創(chuàng)新的主要因素,以及我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資影響我國(guó)自主創(chuàng)新的機(jī)理和路徑；第五章通過構(gòu)建計(jì)量模型,采取中國(guó)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了外向FDI對(duì)我國(guó)自主創(chuàng)新能力的影響,以及吸收能力對(duì)我國(guó)外向FDI逆向技術(shù)溢出的影響。結(jié)果表明,我國(guó)自主創(chuàng)新能力和外向FDI之間存在著長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的均衡關(guān)系,外向FDI對(duì)我國(guó)自主創(chuàng)新能力具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,但其效用具有一定的滯后性。另外,只有在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)開放度和人力資本水平達(dá)到一定水平以上時(shí),外向FDI才會(huì)對(duì)我國(guó)的發(fā)明專利申請(qǐng)量產(chǎn)生顯著的促進(jìn)作用；第六章總結(jié)了全文的研究結(jié)論,對(duì)我國(guó)利用外向FDI提升我國(guó)的自主創(chuàng)新能力提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要有：分析了OFDI影響我國(guó)自主創(chuàng)新能力的機(jī)理和路徑；采取中國(guó)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了OFDI對(duì)自主創(chuàng)新影響在中國(guó)的特定表現(xiàn)；通過實(shí)證研究,分析了OFDI在促進(jìn)我國(guó)自主創(chuàng)新能力提升過程中的相關(guān)影響因素。
[Abstract]:Since the "going out" strategy, foreign FDI is growing very fast, so people gradually began to focus on FDI (OFDI Outward Foreign, outgoing Direct Investment) on China's economy, the impact of social development, which is one of the focus of reverse technology spillover effect of outward FDI, this is also the Chinese government encourages enterprises foreign direct investment is one of the key reasons. Therefore, in our country, put forward the construction of "innovative country" background, has a very important practical significance to study the relationship between the outgoing FDI and the ability of independent innovation in China.
At present, the research on the technology spillover effect of FDI in our country is mainly concentrated within the FDI (IFDI Inward, Foreign Direct Investment), FDI scale fast growth to in the background, this paper will study on the relationship between the two is applied to the outgoing FDI, analyzes the path and mechanism of outward FDI impact of China's independent innovation ability, and take China related empirical data of specific performance in the Chinese. Specific research frameworks are as follows: the first chapter mainly elaborates the background and significance of topics, research methods and contents of this paper as well as the domestic and foreign research taken; the second chapter to the foreign FDI effect related to the theoretical basis of China's independent innovation capability are summarized and analyzed. The existing measuring method includes the capability of independent innovation, the theory of foreign direct investment and the concept of independent innovation; the third chapter of Chinese foreign direct investment The analysis of the current situation of investment and innovation; the fourth chapter analyzes the main influence factors of independent innovation in China, and China's foreign direct investment influence mechanism and path of independent innovation in China; the fifth chapter through the econometric model, taking Chinese related data, an empirical analysis of the influence of outgoing FDI on China's independent innovation ability the influence and the absorbing ability of FDI to reverse technology spillover of our country. The results show that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between China's capability of independent innovation and outward FDI, outward FDI has significant effect on the independent innovation ability of our country, but its effect has a certain lag. In addition, only in the economy the level of development, economic openness and human capital level reaches a certain level, FDI will export to China invention patent applications have a significant role in promoting the sixth chapter; This paper summarizes the research conclusions of the full text, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for our country to use extroverted FDI to improve our country's independent innovation ability.
The main innovations of this paper are: analysis of the effects of OFDI mechanism and path of China's independent innovation ability; take China related data, an empirical analysis of the influence of OFDI on independent innovation performance in specific Chinese; through empirical research, analyzes the factors influencing OFDI in promoting the independent innovation ability of our country in the process of ascension.
