【摘要】:20世紀(jì)90年代以來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化步伐加快和科學(xué)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,以知識(shí)、技術(shù)、智能為特征的文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球范圍內(nèi)迅速崛起,并成為許多國家國民經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長點(diǎn)。文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平成為衡量一個(gè)國家和地區(qū)軟力量的重要標(biāo)志。在文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的過程中,資金短缺成為文化企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、發(fā)展的最大桎梏。目前,融資工具種類繁多,各具特色且有自己適合的領(lǐng)域。文化企業(yè)具有共同的產(chǎn)業(yè)特性,同時(shí)亦存在著兩極化嚴(yán)重的問題。這導(dǎo)致企業(yè)在融資過程中阻力重重,如何根據(jù)自身?xiàng)l件、資金需求選擇合適的融資工具,成為該產(chǎn)業(yè)亟待解決的重要問題之一。本文針對(duì)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)如何進(jìn)行融資工具選擇作以下初步探討。 第一部分,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)及投融資工具方面的文獻(xiàn)綜述,并對(duì)本文涉及的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,明確文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念和范圍。 第二部分,梳理文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程,總結(jié)產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn)。圍繞文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點(diǎn),對(duì)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)目前融資現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,提出融資存在的問題。 第三部分,從文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)典型行業(yè)電影業(yè)、廣告業(yè)、出版業(yè)入手,通過分解價(jià)值鏈,,分析文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)資金需求的特征。 第四部分,從直接融資、間接融資兩種融資渠道介紹不同融資工具的融資特點(diǎn),及各種融資工具適應(yīng)的不同條件。 第五部分,根據(jù)不同融資工具的融資條件和限制以及工具本身的特點(diǎn),分析其適應(yīng)的文化企業(yè)類型,列舉成功選擇的案例。并對(duì)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新型融資工具-文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金進(jìn)行介紹和分析。 第六部分,總結(jié)文化企業(yè)如何進(jìn)行融資工具的選擇。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, with the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, the cultural and creative industries characterized by knowledge, technology and intelligence have risen rapidly in the global scope. And become a new growth point of the national economy of many countries. The level of development of cultural and creative industries has become an important symbol to measure the soft power of a country and region. In the process of rapid development of cultural and creative industries. The shortage of funds has become the biggest shackle for the production, management and development of cultural enterprises. At present, there are many kinds of financing tools, each with its own characteristics and suitable fields. Cultural enterprises have common industrial characteristics. At the same time, there is a serious problem of polarization, which leads to a lot of resistance in the process of financing, how to choose the appropriate financing tools according to their own conditions. It has become one of the important problems to be solved urgently. This paper makes the following preliminary discussion on how to select financing tools for cultural and creative industries. The first part summarizes the literature review of cultural creative industry and investment and financing tools at home and abroad, and defines the related concepts involved in this paper, and clarifies the concept and scope of cultural creative industry. The second part, combs the cultural creative industry development course, summarizes the industry characteristic, revolves around the cultural creative industry characteristic, carries on the analysis to the cultural creative industry present financing present situation, proposes the financing existence question. The third part, from the typical industries of cultural and creative industries, film industry, advertising industry, publishing industry, through the decomposition of the value chain, analysis of the characteristics of cultural and creative industry capital demand. Part 4th introduces the financing characteristics of different financing instruments and the different conditions of different financing instruments from two financing channels: direct financing and indirect financing. In the 5th part, according to the financing conditions and limitations of different financing instruments and the characteristics of the tools themselves, this paper analyzes the types of cultural enterprises that adapt to them. It also introduces and analyzes the cultural industry investment fund, which is an innovative financing tool for cultural and creative industries. Part 6th summarizes the choice of financing tools for cultural enterprises.
