【摘要】：近年來(lái),中國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備數(shù)量大量增加,在2006年2月達(dá)到8536.72億美元,一舉超過(guò)日本越居世界第一,中國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模發(fā)生了歷史性的變化。根據(jù)最新統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),在2012年3月末,中國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備數(shù)量高達(dá)33049.71億美元,繼續(xù)領(lǐng)跑世界。在各類儲(chǔ)備資產(chǎn)中,外匯儲(chǔ)備因其使用極為靈活、方便而具有無(wú)與倫比的流動(dòng)性,在我國(guó)國(guó)際儲(chǔ)備中的絕對(duì)量和比重都日益增加。但是,外匯儲(chǔ)備絕非越多越好,我國(guó)龐大的外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模為外匯儲(chǔ)備的管理帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),外匯儲(chǔ)備適度規(guī)模問(wèn)題自然引起了廣泛的關(guān)注,成為理論界和學(xué)術(shù)界研究的焦點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前我國(guó)持有巨額外匯儲(chǔ)備且資產(chǎn)價(jià)值面臨縮水風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的背景下,如何科學(xué)合理地確定我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的適度規(guī)模,對(duì)加強(qiáng)外匯儲(chǔ)備的管理有著重要的意義。 本文以外匯儲(chǔ)備適度規(guī)模理論的發(fā)展為視角,對(duì)各種外匯儲(chǔ)備適度規(guī)模理論進(jìn)行了分析、總結(jié)和簡(jiǎn)單的評(píng)價(jià),詳細(xì)介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的最新進(jìn)展,即基于效用最大化模型研究—國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的適度規(guī)模,并在該模型的基礎(chǔ)上得出了我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的適度規(guī)模區(qū)間。最后從外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模管理的角度,探究在保證儲(chǔ)備資產(chǎn)安全性和流動(dòng)性的前提下,如何通過(guò)多種渠道提高它的收益性和使用效率,盡量為加強(qiáng)我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的管理水平提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's foreign exchange reserves have increased significantly, reaching $eight hundred and fifty-three billion six hundred and seventy-one million nine hundred and ninety-nine thousand and nine hundred and ninety-nine in February 2006, overtaking Japan as the largest in the world. The scale of China's foreign exchange reserves has undergone a historic change. According to the latest statistics, at the end of 2012, China's foreign exchange reserves amounted to US $three tillion three hundred and four billion nine hundred and seventy-one million. Continue to lead the world. Among all kinds of reserve assets, foreign exchange reserves have unparalleled liquidity because of their extremely flexible use and convenience, and the absolute amount and proportion in China's international reserves are increasing day by day. The foreign exchange reserve is not the more the better, our country's huge foreign exchange reserve scale has brought the stern challenge to the foreign exchange reserve management, the foreign exchange reserve moderate scale question has caused the widespread concern naturally. Under the background that our country holds huge foreign exchange reserve and the value of assets is facing the risk of shrinking, how to determine the appropriate scale of our country's foreign exchange reserve scientifically and reasonably. It is of great significance to strengthen the management of foreign exchange reserves. From the perspective of the development of the theory of appropriate scale of foreign exchange reserves, this paper analyzes various theories of appropriate scale of foreign exchange reserves, summarizes and simply evaluates, and introduces in detail the latest progress of relevant research at home and abroad. Based on the utility maximization model, this paper studies the appropriate scale of China's foreign exchange reserves, and on the basis of the model, obtains the appropriate scale range of China's foreign exchange reserves. Finally, from the perspective of the scale management of foreign exchange reserves. On the premise of ensuring the safety and liquidity of reserve assets, this paper explores how to improve its profitability and utilization efficiency through various channels, so as to provide new ideas for strengthening the management level of China's foreign exchange reserves as far as possible.
