【摘要】：國有商業(yè)銀行在我國金融業(yè)居于重要地位,其使于2003年的產權制度改革受到社會各方廣泛關注,截至2010年,中國農業(yè)銀行在上海與香港兩地成功上市,我國五大國有商業(yè)銀行己全部完成股改上市。國有商業(yè)銀行產權制度改革的效果直接關系到下一步深化改革的發(fā)展方向,在此背景下,本文以國有商業(yè)銀行產權改革前后的績效及公司治理為研究重點,通過選取相關財務指標構建國有銀行績效評價指標體系,并采用DEA等方法對我國國有商業(yè)銀行產權制度改革前后的績效及效率進行分析。本文基于產權理論、銀行效率理論及產業(yè)組織等相關理論,立足我國國有商業(yè)銀行產權制度改革的歷程,在借鑒西方發(fā)達國家及東歐經濟轉軌國家經驗的基礎上,結合數據與實證分析結果,對我國國有商業(yè)銀行產權制度改革效應進行跟蹤研究,力求在現有研究成果的基礎上,從公司治理、經營及政府監(jiān)管等方面提出切實可行的績效提升策略,為我國國有商業(yè)銀行的深化產權制度改革提供參考。
[Abstract]:State-owned commercial banks play an important role in the financial industry of our country, which made the reform of property right system in 2003 receive wide attention from all sides of the society, until 2010. The Agricultural Bank of China has successfully listed in Shanghai and Hong Kong. The five major state-owned commercial banks in China have completed the stock market reform. The effect of the property right system reform of the state-owned commercial banks is directly related to the development direction of the next step of deepening the reform, under this background. This paper focuses on the performance and corporate governance of state-owned commercial banks before and after the reform of property rights, through the selection of relevant financial indicators to construct the performance evaluation index system of state-owned banks. Using DEA and other methods to analyze the performance and efficiency of state-owned commercial banks before and after the reform of property rights system. This paper is based on property rights theory, banking efficiency theory and industrial organization theory. Based on the course of property right system reform of state-owned commercial banks in China, based on the experience of western developed countries and Eastern European countries in economic transition, combined with the data and empirical analysis results. On the basis of the existing research results, we try to put forward practical performance improvement strategies from the aspects of corporate governance, management and government supervision. It provides a reference for deepening the reform of property right system of state-owned commercial banks in our country.
