【摘要】:幾年前,面對嚴重的同質化競爭,我國銀行業(yè)開始了向差異化發(fā)展的第一次轉型,并且多數銀行都選擇了以零售業(yè)務為突破口。經過幾年的推進,各銀行零售業(yè)務不斷增加,收入占比迅速提升。但由于我國銀行零售業(yè)務仍沿襲了外延粗放的發(fā)展模式,利潤貢獻率不高成為阻礙其發(fā)展的突出問題。在目前資本充足率監(jiān)管日益趨緊的形勢下,各銀行可行的應對政策只能是繼續(xù)深化轉型。因此,研究我國商業(yè)銀行零售業(yè)務的轉型問題,使其走上質量與效益并重的集約化發(fā)展道路,對于我國整個銀行業(yè)乃至金融體系都有著極大的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文采取宏觀分析和微觀剖析向結合的方法,從宏觀角度研究了銀行零售業(yè)務轉型的條件和基礎,并提出了完善金融制度的政策建議;從微觀角度剖析了銀行零售業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及問題,指出了提升零售業(yè)務盈利能力的對策。 文章首先對銀行零售業(yè)務進行界定,指出其客戶主體包括個人、家庭和小企業(yè);接著,回顧了銀行零售業(yè)務在我國的發(fā)展階段及各類業(yè)務的發(fā)展狀況,并將這些業(yè)務按照發(fā)展?jié)摿Σ煌殖蓚鹘y(tǒng)業(yè)務、新興業(yè)務、種子業(yè)務三個類型。其次,通過分析三類業(yè)務的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢,指出傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)務占用過多資源,新興零售業(yè)務重規(guī)模輕質量,,種子零售業(yè)務盈利點未被挖掘是導致銀行零售業(yè)務利潤貢獻度低的原因。第三,從市場需求等方面研究了轉型的條件及其基礎,指出信用卡、個人理財、小企業(yè)信貸和私人銀行是銀行零售業(yè)務未來最重要的利潤區(qū)。最后,提出了商業(yè)銀行零售業(yè)務轉型的對策及完善金融制度的政策建議,指明銀行傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)務應向資源節(jié)約化轉型,新興零售業(yè)務由量變向質變轉型,種子零售業(yè)務向高定位轉型并提出了具體對策;配套金融制度方面包括對建立存款保險制度,推進利率市場化,加快金融混業(yè)經營,以及完善征信管理和信用擔保制度的建議。
[Abstract]:A few years ago, facing the serious homogeneity competition, the banking industry of our country began the first transition to the differentiation development, and most banks chose to take the retail business as the breakthrough point. The retail business of each bank is increasing, and the proportion of income is rising rapidly. However, the retail business of our country still follows the extensive extension of the development model. Low profit contribution rate has become a prominent problem hindering its development. In the current situation of tighter capital adequacy ratio supervision, banks can only continue to deepen the transformation policy. It is of great practical significance for the whole banking industry and even the financial system of our country to study the transformation of the retail business of commercial banks in China and make it develop on the road of intensive development with equal emphasis on quality and efficiency. This article adopts the method of macro analysis and micro analysis to combine, studies the condition and foundation of the banking retail business transformation from the macroscopic angle, and puts forward the policy suggestions to perfect the financial system; This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of bank retailing from the micro point of view, and points out the countermeasures to improve the profitability of retail business. Firstly, the paper defines the retail business of banks and points out that the main clients include individuals, families and small enterprises. Then, it reviews the development of retail banking business in China and the development of various types of business, and according to the development potential of these businesses are divided into traditional business, emerging business, seed business three types. Secondly. By analyzing the development status and trend of the three types of business, it is pointed out that the traditional retail business occupies too much resources, and the emerging retail business pays more attention to the scale than the quality. Seed retail business profit points are not excavated is the reason for the low contribution of banking retail business profits. Third, from the market demand and other aspects of the transformation conditions and their basis, pointing out credit cards, personal finance. Small enterprise credit and private bank are the most important profit zones in the future of banking retail business. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of commercial bank retail business transformation and policy recommendations to improve the financial system. The paper points out that the traditional retail business of the bank should be transformed to resource saving, the new retail business should be transformed from quantitative to qualitative change, and the seed retail business should be transformed to a high orientation, and the concrete countermeasures are put forward. The supporting financial system includes suggestions on establishing deposit insurance system, promoting marketization of interest rate, speeding up mixed operation of finance, and perfecting credit information management and credit guarantee system.
