【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和國(guó)際分工日益深化,服務(wù)業(yè)已經(jīng)取代制造業(yè)成為全球外商直接投資結(jié)構(gòu)中的主流。我國(guó)加入WTO后，服務(wù)業(yè)吸引國(guó)際直接投資的增長(zhǎng)速度明顯高于其他產(chǎn)業(yè)。同時(shí)，，逐漸降低外資進(jìn)入服務(wù)業(yè)的壁壘，使得服務(wù)業(yè)外資大量涌入我國(guó)，彌補(bǔ)了我國(guó)對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)投入資金不足,并對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí)和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展意義重大。這為我國(guó)擺脫“世界工廠”的烙印，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)提供了契機(jī)。 我國(guó)提供服務(wù)存在著巨大的成本優(yōu)勢(shì),因此服務(wù)業(yè)外資增長(zhǎng)對(duì)中國(guó)而言是個(gè)難得的機(jī)遇。而目前，我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)外商直接投資與世界平均水平相比尚有較大差距，制造業(yè)仍是外商直接投資比重最高的行業(yè)。本文以服務(wù)業(yè)外商直接投資相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo)，在對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)利用外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上，通過(guò)定性分析和統(tǒng)計(jì)計(jì)量實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)研究我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)吸引外商直接投資的影響因素，并提出相關(guān)政策建議。本文旨在探討外商直接投資在我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。從外商直接投資在我國(guó)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)況及發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)的意義起，逐漸引入服務(wù)業(yè)直接投資，論述了服務(wù)業(yè)直接投資在我國(guó)的總體情況及個(gè)別行業(yè)在外國(guó)直接投資的進(jìn)入下所面臨的形勢(shì)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。影響服務(wù)業(yè)外商直接投資流入的因素究竟有哪些，服務(wù)業(yè)如何吸引外商直接投資，如何合理利用外商直接投資來(lái)推動(dòng)服務(wù)業(yè)快速發(fā)展，這些問(wèn)題對(duì)于我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)率的提高等都具有非常重要的意義。 本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)：1、不僅采用了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的計(jì)算指標(biāo)和公式，還運(yùn)用了相關(guān)的計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論把規(guī)范分析與實(shí)證分析、定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合，并利用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)分析軟件SPSS，結(jié)合EXCEL進(jìn)行相關(guān)性和協(xié)整關(guān)系的檢驗(yàn)，力求進(jìn)行理論和實(shí)證的系統(tǒng)分析，結(jié)合實(shí)際情況，充分合理地提出對(duì)策，使研究更具直觀性和可操作性。2、首次采用了1989-2009年歷時(shí)長(zhǎng)達(dá)20年的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)趨勢(shì)分析和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，提高了定量分析，對(duì)今后的實(shí)踐更具有指導(dǎo)性和可操作性。3、本文嘗試性地選取了以往文獻(xiàn)中從未提出過(guò)的影響因素，并找出了該影響因素與我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the adjustment of the global industrial structure and the deepening of the international division of labor, the service industry has replaced the manufacturing industry as the mainstream of the global FDI structure. The service industry attracts the international direct investment the growth speed is obviously higher than other industries. At the same time, gradually reduces the barrier which the foreign capital enters the service industry, causes the service industry foreign capital to pour into our country in large quantities. It makes up for the insufficient investment in the service industry, and is of great significance to the adjustment and upgrading of China's industrial structure and the development of the modern service industry, which will help our country get rid of the "world factory". The brand of the brand, optimize the industrial structure provides an opportunity. There is a huge cost advantage in providing services in China, so the growth of foreign capital in service industry is a rare opportunity for China. Compared with the average level of the world, there is still a big gap between China's foreign direct investment (FDI) and the world average, and the manufacturing industry is still the industry with the highest proportion of foreign direct investment (FDI). This paper is guided by the theory of FDI in the service industry. Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of foreign direct investment (FDI) utilization in China's service industry, this paper studies the influencing factors of attracting foreign direct investment in China's service industry through qualitative analysis and statistical econometric empirical test. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the current situation of foreign direct investment (FDI) development in China's service industry, from the current situation of foreign direct investment (FDI) in China and the significance of the development of the service industry. The introduction of direct investment in the service industry. This paper discusses the general situation of service industry direct investment in China, the situation and development trend of individual industries under the entry of foreign direct investment, and the factors that affect the inflow of service foreign direct investment. How to attract foreign direct investment and how to make use of foreign direct investment to promote the rapid development of service industry are of great significance to the industrial structure and employment rate of our country. This article innovation point: 1, not only used the calculation index and formula in economics, but also used the related econometrics theory to combine normative analysis with empirical analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. And the use of econometric analysis software SPSS, combined with EXCEL to test the correlation and cointegration relationship, try to carry out theoretical and empirical system analysis, combined with the actual situation, fully and reasonably put forward countermeasures. Make the research more intuitive and operable. 2. The first use of 1989-2009 lasting for 20 years of statistical data trend analysis and empirical testing to improve the quantitative analysis. It is more instructive and operable to practice in the future. This paper tries to select the influencing factors that have never been put forward in the previous literature and find out the relationship between these factors and the FDI of our service industry.
