【摘要】："三農(nóng)"問(wèn)題始終是我國(guó)的全局性、戰(zhàn)略性和根本性問(wèn)題。農(nóng)村金融作為農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力量,是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村改革發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的重要保障,是現(xiàn)代新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的"引擎"。農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展好壞關(guān)系著"三農(nóng)"問(wèn)題的根本解決、城鄉(xiāng)社會(huì)一體化的推進(jìn)以及邊疆民族地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院對(duì)此高度重視,云南省委、省政府和社會(huì)各界對(duì)此也十分關(guān)注。本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)當(dāng)前我省群眾反響十分強(qiáng)烈的農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)缺失及網(wǎng)點(diǎn)空白問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行了較深入的分析研究,并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與政策建議。
[Abstract]:As an important driving force of rural economic and social development, rural finance is an important guarantee to realize the strategic goal of rural reform and development. It is the "engine" of the construction of modern new countryside. The development of rural finance is related to the fundamental solution of the "three rural" problems, the promotion of the integration of urban and rural society and the stable development of the borderland ethnic areas, and the Party Central Committee. The State Council attaches great importance to this, Yunnan Provincial Committee, the provincial government and the community are also very concerned about this. This paper makes a deep analysis and research, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and policy suggestions.

【正文快照】： 一、云南省農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)缺失與網(wǎng)點(diǎn)覆蓋現(xiàn)狀據(jù)2007年6月中國(guó)銀監(jiān)會(huì)編制并公開發(fā)布的《中國(guó)銀行業(yè)農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)分布圖集》,截至2006年末,我國(guó)31個(gè)省(區(qū)、市)、2000多個(gè)縣(市)、3萬(wàn)多個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)有3302個(gè)鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn))未設(shè)任何銀行業(yè)金融機(jī)構(gòu)營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)。截至2008年12月底,全國(guó)仍有1424個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)
