【摘要】：碳金融的興起源于國(guó)際氣候政策的變化,本文回顧了碳金融的概念和提出,總結(jié)了碳金融的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展,分析了碳金融對(duì)中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的內(nèi)外機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),從6個(gè)方面探索了國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行碳金融的業(yè)務(wù)、工具和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)碳金融市場(chǎng)機(jī)制亟待建立健全,國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行對(duì)碳金融業(yè)務(wù)的認(rèn)識(shí)不足,缺少專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)和專業(yè)人才,碳金融業(yè)務(wù)存在較大和較多的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等都制約了碳金融的發(fā)展。因此,仍需通過(guò)健全良好的公司治理結(jié)構(gòu)、建立碳金融業(yè)務(wù)專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)、參與和促進(jìn)中介組織建設(shè)、構(gòu)建跨國(guó)金融戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、推進(jìn)人民幣的國(guó)際化進(jìn)程這5項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)碳金融發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The rise of carbon finance originates from the change of international climate policy. This paper reviews the concept of carbon finance, summarizes the current situation and development of carbon finance, and analyzes the opportunities and challenges of carbon finance to Chinese commercial banks. This paper probes into the business, tools and product innovation of domestic commercial banks' carbon finance from six aspects. At present, the domestic carbon finance market mechanism needs to be established and perfected urgently, and the domestic commercial banks' understanding of carbon finance business is insufficient. The lack of professional institutions and professionals, carbon finance business has a larger and more risks have restricted the development of carbon finance. Therefore, it is still necessary to establish a professional team of carbon finance business through sound corporate governance structure. Participating in and promoting the construction of intermediary organizations, constructing transnational financial strategic alliances and promoting the internationalization of RMB these five innovations promote the development of carbon finance.
