【摘要】：隨著金融資產(chǎn)管理公司全面推向市場(chǎng),整體規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大、隨著完全商業(yè)化的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),組織架構(gòu)日趨復(fù)雜、經(jīng)營(yíng)日漸多元化的內(nèi)在驅(qū)動(dòng)和外部發(fā)展,對(duì)金融資產(chǎn)管理公司這一系統(tǒng)中如何在母一子公司之間、各子公司之間的業(yè)務(wù)及發(fā)展進(jìn)行協(xié)同管理與協(xié)調(diào)已成為一項(xiàng)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)及實(shí)戰(zhàn)意義的課題。本文額在系統(tǒng)介紹協(xié)同效應(yīng)的概念和主體的基礎(chǔ)上,選取交通銀行、中國(guó)中信集團(tuán)、中國(guó)光大集團(tuán)為個(gè)案,深入剖析以上金融控股集團(tuán)公司的內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和相關(guān)問(wèn)題,并對(duì)其內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施進(jìn)行闡述和探究,并依托本人長(zhǎng)期在金融資產(chǎn)管理公司的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)金融資產(chǎn)管理公司內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同模式進(jìn)行挖掘和分析,提出資產(chǎn)管理公司各地辦事處與專業(yè)子公司業(yè)務(wù)合作的理想模式,并對(duì)金融資產(chǎn)管理公司業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同效應(yīng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)提出一些具體的建議,以期對(duì)辦事處與子公司業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同,優(yōu)化資源配置,延伸業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域,降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源有效共享,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)金融資產(chǎn)管理公司商業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:With the comprehensive introduction of financial asset management companies to the market, the overall scale is expanding, with the completely commercial market competition, the organizational structure is becoming more and more complex, and the internal driving force and external development of the increasingly diversified management. On how the financial asset management company in this system is between parent and subsidiary. Collaborative management and coordination of business and development among subsidiaries has become a practical and practical significance. Based on the systematic introduction of the concept and main body of synergy, this paper selects Bank of Communications. China CITIC Group, China Everbright Group as a case, in-depth analysis of the above financial holding group company internal business synergy experience and related issues. And to its internal business coordination in the risk and risk prevention measures to elaborate and explore, and rely on my long-term working experience in the financial asset management company. This paper excavates and analyzes the internal business cooperation mode of financial asset management company, and puts forward the ideal mode of business cooperation between local offices of asset management company and professional subsidiary company. Some specific suggestions are put forward to realize the business synergy effect of financial asset management company in order to optimize the resource allocation, extend the business field and reduce the operating cost to the office and the subsidiary company business coordination. To realize the effective sharing of resources, thus to achieve the commercialization of financial asset management companies to provide theoretical support.
