【摘要】：近年來，在國際上盛行著一種新的投資方式——外匯保證金交易，其雙向交易，24小時不間斷操作等優(yōu)點深受廣大投資者喜愛，在西方發(fā)達(dá)國家已經(jīng)是一種非常成熟的投資方式。我國在20世紀(jì)90年代也曾開放過外匯保證金交易，但是由于缺乏經(jīng)驗以及監(jiān)管的不完善，平臺的不穩(wěn)定，還有對外匯保證金交易的理解不夠深刻，導(dǎo)致大量投資者虧損，于是外匯保證金業(yè)務(wù)被銀監(jiān)會四部委聯(lián)合叫停。對待外匯保證金的態(tài)度究竟應(yīng)該如何，我國發(fā)展外匯保證金交易有哪些得天獨厚的優(yōu)勢，以及如何處理過去我國發(fā)展外匯保證金交易業(yè)務(wù)中遇到的問題都是外匯保證金能否在中國開展所必須要面臨的難題。要解決這些問題，，就必須對外匯保證金交易的歷史及現(xiàn)實進(jìn)行客觀的分析，通過了解外匯保證金交易的特點，在我國發(fā)展的可能性的分析，明確中國今后發(fā)展外匯保證金交易的方向。 本文通過對外匯保證金交易發(fā)展歷程的研究，分析了我國過去開展外匯保證金交易存在的一系列問題，以及對我國外匯儲備，可供居民使用的資金情況的分析，闡明了我國外匯保證金交易發(fā)展的可能性，同時我國外匯保證金交易在過去的發(fā)展過程中，也存在監(jiān)管缺失，技術(shù)低下，平臺報價延遲等問題，因而下一步如何規(guī)范以及根治這些問題就成為了關(guān)鍵。中國要想開展外匯保證金交易業(yè)務(wù)，就必須建立相關(guān)的監(jiān)管部門，完善相應(yīng)的金融衍生品法律法規(guī)，加強(qiáng)對投資者素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。中國開展外匯保證金交易是與世界接軌的必然，因而在發(fā)展過程中，應(yīng)該逐步趨利避害，盡可能地為廣大投資者服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there is a new way of investment, foreign exchange margin trading in the world, the two-way trade, 24 hours of uninterrupted operation of the advantages of the majority of investors, in the western developed countries have a very mature investment. In 1990s China has been opening up foreign exchange margin trading, but due to the lack of experience and regulation is not perfect, the platform is not stable, and the foreign exchange margin trading to the lack of a deep understanding, resulting in a large number of investors, and foreign exchange margin business by the China Banking Regulatory Commission four ministries jointly called to stop. How should the foreign exchange margin attitude, the development of foreign exchange margin trading in China which is richly endowed by nature advantage, and how to deal with encountered in the past development of China's foreign exchange margin trading business problems are the ability to carry out foreign exchange margin must face in Chinese To solve these problems, we must make an objective analysis of the history and reality of foreign exchange margin trading, and understand the characteristics of foreign exchange margin trading and the possibility of China's development, and clarify the direction of China's future foreign exchange margin trading.
In this paper, the research on the development history of forex trading, analyzes a series of problems in our country in the past to carry out foreign exchange margin trading exists, and for China's foreign exchange reserves, analysis of funds available for residents to use, the possibility of China's foreign exchange margin trading development at the same time, China's foreign exchange margin trading in the past there are also in the lack of supervision, low technology platform, offer issues such as delay, so the next step how to regulate and solve these problems becomes the key. Chinese want to carry out the business of foreign exchange margin trading, it is necessary to establish the relevant regulatory authorities, improve relevant laws and regulations of financial derivatives, to strengthen the cultivation of the quality of the investors. China to carry out foreign exchange margin trading is inevitable with the rest of the world, so in the process of development, should be gradually avoiding as much as possible for the majority of investors Service.
