【摘要】：自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)利用外商直接投資已有30多年的歷史。無(wú)疑,通過(guò)利用外商直接投資中國(guó)得到了巨大的實(shí)惠,取得了巨大的成就。但是,在這30多年的過(guò)程中,外商直接投資也使得中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的各種問(wèn)題凸顯出來(lái),如區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距擴(kuò)大、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)失衡、環(huán)境問(wèn)題突出甚至是國(guó)家安全受到威脅等等。因此,在新形勢(shì)下,中國(guó)怎樣利用外商直接投資就成了一個(gè)重要的議題,或者說(shuō),中國(guó)利用外商直接投資面臨著如何轉(zhuǎn)型的問(wèn)題,本文就針對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題作了詳細(xì)的敘述。 首先,本文在緒論的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從東道國(guó)和投資國(guó)的角度回顧了外商直接投資的傳統(tǒng)理論,并認(rèn)為綜合優(yōu)勢(shì)戰(zhàn)略理論是對(duì)外商直接投資傳統(tǒng)理論的新發(fā)展；其次,分析了中國(guó)利用外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題。在了解中國(guó)利用外資歷史的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)大量的圖表和數(shù)據(jù)展現(xiàn)了中國(guó)利用外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀指出了中國(guó)目前利用外資的問(wèn)題；再次,面對(duì)上述的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題,以功能區(qū)深圳經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)和典型城市無(wú)錫市為例,分析了他們是怎樣沿著“綜合優(yōu)勢(shì)戰(zhàn)略”的路徑,經(jīng)歷著利用外商直接投資的轉(zhuǎn)型；最后,給出了中國(guó)利用外商直接投資轉(zhuǎn)型的對(duì)策建議,以綜合優(yōu)勢(shì)戰(zhàn)略理論為指導(dǎo)從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、地區(qū)布局、引資方式、投資環(huán)境四個(gè)方面做了詳細(xì)闡述。最后是結(jié)語(yǔ)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up 30 years, foreign direct investment has been used to Chinese history. Undoubtedly, the use of foreign direct investment China get huge benefits, has made great achievements. However, in this 30 years, foreign direct investment makes a variety of economic and social problems Chinese emerged, such as expanding the area the economic gap, the imbalance of industrial structure, environmental problems and even a threat to national security and so on. Therefore, in the new situation, how to use the Chinese foreign direct investment has become an important issue in the country, or that the use of foreign direct investment to face the problem of transition, this article is aimed at this problem in detail the narrative.
Firstly, in the preface of this article on the basis of the host country and the investment respectively from the perspective of the country reviews the traditional theory of foreign direct investment, and that the comprehensive advantage strategy theory is the new development of foreign direct investment in the traditional theory; secondly, analyzes the present situation and problems of China use of foreign direct investment. Based on the understanding of the use of foreign capital Chinese history on, through a large number of charts and data showing the status of Chinese use of foreign direct investment, and according to the status quo that the Chinese the use of foreign capital; thirdly, facing the current situation and problems of the above, to the functional areas of Shenzhen special economic zone and the typical city of Wuxi city as an example, analyzes how they are along the path comprehensive advantages the strategy of "experiencing the transformation, the use of foreign direct investment; finally, some suggestions are given to the use of foreign direct investment Chinese transformation, comprehensive advantage strategy The theory gives a detailed description of four aspects of the industrial structure, the layout of the region, the way of introducing capital and the environment of investment. Finally, the conclusion is made.
