【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)向服務(wù)型經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)變,服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要著力點(diǎn)。生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)作為服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的高級(jí)階段,在發(fā)展中具有重要作用,而金融服務(wù)業(yè)作為生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的支撐行業(yè)之一,伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)金融化,金融全球化的快速發(fā)展,日益成為現(xiàn)代服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)以及社會(huì)發(fā)展中具有重要作用。北京作為“一行三會(huì)”、四大國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行總行和多數(shù)股份制商業(yè)銀行總行、四大全國(guó)性保險(xiǎn)公司總部所在地,金融業(yè)在全國(guó)金融發(fā)展格局中地位舉足輕重。以北京市為例研究金融服務(wù)業(yè),具有代表性和典型性。 本文對(duì)北京市金融服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的空間格局及其演變進(jìn)行研究,按照格局—過(guò)程—空間作用的研究方式逐層深入,最后對(duì)影響因素進(jìn)行初步探討,有利于認(rèn)清北京市金融服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的空間結(jié)構(gòu),以期為今后構(gòu)建新型產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚功能區(qū)以及城市產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局調(diào)整優(yōu)化提供一些依據(jù)。 文章第一、二章首先介紹選題背景、意義、技術(shù)路線等相關(guān)內(nèi)容,梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外地理學(xué)界關(guān)于金融服務(wù)業(yè)空間研究的進(jìn)展。第三章利用北京市歷年統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒以及金融年鑒等數(shù)據(jù)從規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)聯(lián)以及集聚性方面對(duì)北京市金融服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的特征進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。 第四、五章以北京市第一次、第二次基本單位普查以及第一次經(jīng)濟(jì)普查和2010年北京市金融機(jī)構(gòu)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)為源數(shù)據(jù),在GIS和GeoDa軟件輔助下,從金融機(jī)構(gòu)單位數(shù)量和從業(yè)人員密度兩個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)北京市金融服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的空間格局及演變進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明：北京市金融服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,集聚成為其一大特點(diǎn)；整體表現(xiàn)為中心集聚和外圍繞政府駐地的集簇式集中分布特征；不同類型金融機(jī)構(gòu)表現(xiàn)出差異性空間分布格局,金融服務(wù)業(yè)整體呈現(xiàn)核心—外圍空間分布格局；金融服務(wù)業(yè)單位數(shù)量和從業(yè)人員表現(xiàn)為向東、西兩中心的集聚；空間相互作用結(jié)構(gòu)演變明顯,中心區(qū)的高-高和外圍郊區(qū)的低-低集聚為其主要特點(diǎn)。 第六章結(jié)合菱形理論從區(qū)位因素、人才和專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)、金融資源的供給與需求、信息獲得性、行政作用以及金融機(jī)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略、結(jié)構(gòu)六因素對(duì)北京市金融服務(wù)業(yè)空間格局影響因素進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要探討。第七章總結(jié)結(jié)論并指出未來(lái)值得研究的一些問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of world economy to service-oriented economy, the development of service industry has become an important focus of economic growth in various countries. Producer services, as an advanced stage of service development, play an important role in the development. The financial service industry as one of the supporting industries of producer services, with the rapid development of economic financialization and financial globalization, has increasingly become the core of the modern service economy. Beijing is the headquarters of four state-owned commercial banks and most joint-stock commercial banks, as well as the headquarters of the four national insurance companies. Financial industry plays an important role in the national financial development pattern. Taking Beijing as an example to study financial service industry is representative and typical. In this paper, the spatial pattern and evolution of the financial services industry in Beijing are studied, and the influencing factors are discussed preliminarily according to the pattern, process and spatial action. It is beneficial to understand the spatial structure of the development of financial service industry in Beijing in order to provide some basis for the construction of a new functional area of industrial agglomeration and the adjustment and optimization of the spatial layout of urban industry in the future. The first and second chapters first introduce the background, significance, technical route and other related contents. The third chapter makes use of the statistics yearbook of Beijing and financial yearbook from scale and structure. The characteristics of the development of Beijing financial service industry are summarized in the aspects of economic association and agglomeration. In the 4th, five chapters, the first, second basic unit census and the first economic census of Beijing and the Beijing financial institutions network data in 2010 are taken as the source data, aided by GIS and GeoDa software. This paper analyzes the spatial pattern and evolution of the financial service industry in Beijing from the two indicators of the number of financial institutions and the density of employees. The results show that the financial service industry in Beijing is developing rapidly. Agglomeration has become one of its major characteristics; The whole performance is the centralization of the center and the cluster distribution around the government resident. Different types of financial institutions show a different spatial distribution pattern, the financial services industry as a whole presents a core-periphery spatial distribution pattern; The number of financial service industry units and the number of employees are concentrated in the east and west; The evolution of spatial interaction structure is obvious, the high-high concentration in the central area and the low-low concentration in the peripheral suburb are the main characteristics of the spatial interaction structure. Chapter 6th combines rhombus theory from location factors, talent and professional institutions, supply and demand of financial resources, information access, administrative role and financial institution strategy. The influence factors of spatial pattern of financial service industry in Beijing are briefly discussed by six factors of structure. Chapter 7th summarizes the conclusions and points out some problems worth studying in the future.
