【摘要】：本文主要通過收集、學(xué)習(xí)、參閱黨和國家、內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)以及農(nóng)業(yè)銀行近年來出臺的一系列惠農(nóng)、富農(nóng)的政策文件、相關(guān)理論文章,從農(nóng)業(yè)銀行面向“三農(nóng)”的大背景以及其社會意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義入手,在對內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)近年來農(nóng)牧業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、農(nóng)行內(nèi)蒙古分行服務(wù)“三農(nóng)三牧”業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展取得的成績、下一步工作面臨的難點(diǎn)和障礙進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際提出了農(nóng)業(yè)銀行內(nèi)蒙古分行下一步服務(wù)“三農(nóng)三牧”應(yīng)確立的原則、主要目標(biāo)、思路及措施,并提出了有效實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)“三農(nóng)三牧”的保障性政策,得出農(nóng)行內(nèi)蒙古分行服務(wù)“三農(nóng)三牧”具有政策優(yōu)勢、品牌優(yōu)勢和廣泛的市場空間,只要把握好著力點(diǎn),抓好相關(guān)配套政策措施的落實(shí),將大有可為,并對農(nóng)行內(nèi)蒙古分行在城鄉(xiāng)兩個(gè)市場建立差異化的同業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢具有很大幫助的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly through the collection, study, refer to the party and the country, a series of farmers and the Agricultural Bank of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in recent years the introduction of rich peasants policy documents, related theory, starting with the background from the Agricultural Bank for the "three rural" and its social and economic significance, the status of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the development of agriculture and animal husbandry development in recent years.
