【摘要】:網(wǎng)上銀行,又稱網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行,是現(xiàn)代金融服務(wù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)緊密結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。在網(wǎng)上銀行出現(xiàn)之前,商業(yè)銀行的“觸角”只能通過(guò)內(nèi)部的網(wǎng)絡(luò)延伸到網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的柜面或各類自助終端,而網(wǎng)上銀行的出現(xiàn)則可以將接入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的每一臺(tái)計(jì)算機(jī)都變成能夠處理各類銀行業(yè)務(wù)的終端。網(wǎng)上銀行的出現(xiàn)極大地方便了企業(yè)用戶和個(gè)人用戶辦理各種銀行業(yè)務(wù)和獲取各種銀行信息。 國(guó)際化發(fā)展是我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展的主要方向之一,我國(guó)多數(shù)商業(yè)銀行在境外機(jī)構(gòu)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)有限、服務(wù)渠道單一,正面臨發(fā)展的瓶頸。網(wǎng)上銀行7×24小時(shí)且不受地域限制的服務(wù)特性,使其迅速成為銀行拓展業(yè)務(wù)與客戶的關(guān)鍵渠道。在現(xiàn)代銀行業(yè),境內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已不局限于物理網(wǎng)絡(luò),網(wǎng)銀和銀行卡代表的“在線”與“離線”電子渠道,正在成為同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。借鑒國(guó)外商業(yè)銀行借助電子銀行迅速擴(kuò)張銷售渠道和零售業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),考慮“以科技為支撐、以網(wǎng)銀為突破”,借助電子銀行和信息技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢(shì),將網(wǎng)銀推向海外,在境外建立網(wǎng)上業(yè)務(wù)渠道;并以銀行卡配套網(wǎng)銀發(fā)展,構(gòu)建境外“實(shí)體(網(wǎng)點(diǎn))+在線(網(wǎng)銀)+離線(銀行卡)”的全方位業(yè)務(wù)渠道體系。推進(jìn)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行在境外高效發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù),成功實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型和業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)展。 本文將通過(guò)整理實(shí)踐資料,分析我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行國(guó)際化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,研究以網(wǎng)上銀行為突破口拓展海外業(yè)務(wù)的可行性。站在商業(yè)銀行的角度,吸取國(guó)外網(wǎng)上銀行發(fā)展的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行拓展海外金融市場(chǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)際化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,從金融業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)張、營(yíng)銷渠道、金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面進(jìn)行深入分析,立足于現(xiàn)有技術(shù)條件,提出以網(wǎng)上銀行為核心的發(fā)展思路,從網(wǎng)銀的目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)與客戶需求分析、業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)分析、網(wǎng)銀安全性分析等方面進(jìn)行論證。并對(duì)以網(wǎng)上銀行為核心的發(fā)展思路存在的困難與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行積極拓展海外市場(chǎng)具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:Internet banking, also known as Internet banking, is the product of the close combination of modern financial services and the Internet. Before the emergence of online banking. The "antennae" of commercial banks can only extend through the internal network to the counter of the network or various self-help terminals. The emergence of Internet banking can turn every computer connected to the Internet into a terminal capable of handling all kinds of banking business. The emergence of Internet banking greatly facilitates enterprise and individual users to handle all kinds of banking. Handle and obtain all kinds of bank information. The development of internationalization is one of the main directions of the development of commercial banks in our country. Most commercial banks in our country have limited outlets and single service channels in overseas institutions. Internet banking is facing the bottleneck of development. In modern banking, domestic and foreign experience shows that. Business competition is no longer limited to physical networks, network silver and bank cards represent the "online" and "offline" electronic channels. Using the experience of foreign commercial banks to expand sales channels and retail business rapidly with the help of electronic banks, we should consider "taking science and technology as the support and taking the network silver as the breakthrough". With the advantage of electronic banking and information technology, we will push online banking overseas and establish online business channels overseas; And with the bank card supporting the development of network silver, build the overseas "entity (dot) online (net silver) offline (bank card)" the omni-directional service channel system, promote our country commercial bank to develop the retail business efficiently in the overseas. Successful business transformation and business expansion. This paper will analyze the current situation of international development of commercial banks in China through collating the practical data, and study the feasibility of expanding overseas business with online banking as a breakthrough, standing in the perspective of commercial banks. Draw on the advanced experience of the development of foreign online banking, domestic commercial banks to expand the overseas financial markets, achieve international development strategy, from the financial business expansion, marketing channels, financial risks and other aspects of in-depth analysis. Based on the existing technical conditions, this paper puts forward the development thinking of Internet banking as the core, from the target market and customer demand analysis, business opportunity analysis. This paper discusses the security analysis of internet banking, and studies the difficulties and challenges of the development of internet banking, which has a reference significance for Chinese commercial banks to actively expand the overseas market.
