【摘要】:第三方支付行業(yè)在1999年左右開始出現(xiàn),隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的不斷發(fā)展我國的第三方支付市場進(jìn)入激烈競爭階段,本文認(rèn)為第三方支付業(yè)務(wù),目前主要包括線下的“商業(yè)卡”、“購物卡”等用于購物或消費的預(yù)付卡業(yè)務(wù),線上的“支付寶”、“PayPal”這樣的網(wǎng)絡(luò)支付業(yè)務(wù),以及銀行卡收單業(yè)務(wù)三大類。而現(xiàn)階段第三方支付行業(yè)內(nèi)同質(zhì)化競爭嚴(yán)重,各企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品趨同,價格戰(zhàn)的趨勢明顯,沒有形成相對成熟的行業(yè)機制及模式,行業(yè)內(nèi)的藍(lán)海無人涉足。雖然中國人民銀行于2010年6月公布了《非金融機構(gòu)支付服務(wù)管理辦法》,分三個批次向支付企業(yè)頒發(fā)了第三方支付牌照,在一定程度上形成了行業(yè)的準(zhǔn)入壁壘,但總體而言第三方支付行業(yè)依然處于成長期。據(jù)預(yù)測,2012年僅網(wǎng)絡(luò)支付這一項市場份額將突破17000億元,第三方支付行業(yè)的發(fā)展前景不言而喻。行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,同時行業(yè)模式的尚不完善,,為第三方支付企業(yè)提供了新一輪的快速發(fā)展機遇。 本文通過對大量文獻(xiàn)資料的研究,闡述了第三方支付行業(yè)的特點、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,同時對行業(yè)的政策監(jiān)管做了詳細(xì)的探究,并且對已經(jīng)取得第三方支付牌照的重點企業(yè)進(jìn)行SWOT分析,探索第三方支付行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。同時對山東一卡通公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究,深入了解企業(yè)的運營模式、發(fā)展特點,由此確定山東一卡通的戰(zhàn)略選擇:1、以預(yù)付卡業(yè)務(wù)為基礎(chǔ),集中力量發(fā)展B2B的網(wǎng)絡(luò)支付業(yè)務(wù)的差異化競爭策略;2、利用集團(tuán)優(yōu)勢及政府支持等有利條件,立足山東,形成預(yù)付卡業(yè)務(wù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)支付業(yè)務(wù)互為支撐的有利局面,并借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)支付的運營特點快速輻射全國,迅速全國化。
[Abstract]:The third-party payment industry began to appear in 1999. With the continuous development of the network, the third-party payment market in our country has entered the stage of fierce competition. At present, it mainly includes offline "business card", "shopping card" and so on used for shopping or consumption of prepaid card business, online "Alipay", "PayPal" such as network payment services. And the bank card collection business three categories. But at this stage the third party payment industry in the homogeneous competition, the products of different enterprises converge, the trend of price war is obvious, there is no relatively mature industry mechanism and model. Although in June 2010 the people's Bank of China published the "non-financial institutions payment service management measures", in three batches to the payment enterprises issued third-party payment licences. To some extent has formed the industry entry barriers, but generally speaking, the third-party payment industry is still in the growth stage. It is predicted that only online payment market share will exceed 1.7 tillion yuan in 2012. The development prospect of the third-party payment industry is self-evident. The rapid development of the industry and the imperfect mode of the industry provide a new round of rapid development opportunities for the third-party payment enterprises. Through the study of a large number of documents, this paper expounds the characteristics of the third-party payment industry, the development of the status quo, at the same time, the policy of the industry to do a detailed study. And has obtained the third party payment license key enterprise to carry on the SWOT analysis, explores the third party payment profession development tendency. At the same time carries on the analysis research to the Shandong one card company's development present situation. Deeply understand the operation mode and development characteristics of the enterprise, thus determine the strategic choice of Shandong one-card: 1, based on the prepaid card business, concentrate on developing the differentiated competitive strategy of B2B network payment business; 2, make use of group advantage and government support and other favorable conditions, base on Shandong, form the favorable situation that prepaid card business and network payment business support each other, and rapidly radiate the whole country with the operation characteristic of network payment.
