【摘要】：自加入世界貿(mào)易組織來，，我國經(jīng)濟已逐步融入世界經(jīng)濟一體化發(fā)展之中。2005年下半年開始，我國實行以市場供求為基礎(chǔ)，參考一攬子貨幣進行調(diào)節(jié)、有管理的浮動匯率制度，人民幣兌美圓持續(xù)升值將不少國際工程承包企業(yè)推到了匯率風(fēng)險暴露的風(fēng)口浪尖，匯率波動對這些企業(yè)價值已形成一定的經(jīng)濟風(fēng)險。降低匯率波動對涉外企業(yè)造成的經(jīng)濟損失，提高企業(yè)的國際競爭力對國家、外貿(mào)行業(yè)和企業(yè)具有現(xiàn)實意義。 本文從匯率風(fēng)險的相關(guān)理論出發(fā)，運用定性和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法，通過權(quán)威機構(gòu)的網(wǎng)站采集了大量涉外上市公司的數(shù)據(jù)，使用SPSS軟件，度量了這些行業(yè)的匯率風(fēng)險；對單個企業(yè)的項目進行了案例分析，實證匯率波動對企業(yè)收益的影響；并在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出相應(yīng)的防范措施和建議。 本文第一部分論述研究的目的、意義和方法以及國內(nèi)外研究狀況；第二部分介紹匯率風(fēng)險的相關(guān)理論；第三部分論述了匯率變化對國際承包企業(yè)的影響；這部分還闡述了回歸分析模型、樣本的采集，通過回歸分析，證明了國際工程承包上市企業(yè)蒙受匯率風(fēng)險的顯著性水平；第四部分通過案例分析說明了匯率風(fēng)險對單個企業(yè)收益的影響；第五部分介紹了為降低損失所采取應(yīng)對策略；第六部分是結(jié)論部分，既是全文的總結(jié)又是未來研究的展望。
[Abstract]:Since joining the world trade organization, China's economy has been gradually integrated into the world economy development.2005 starting in the second half, China implemented based on market supply and demand with reference to a basket of currencies, a managed floating exchange rate system, the RMB against the US dollar value will continue to rise a lot of International engineering contracting enterprises to exchange rate risk in the teeth of the storm exposure to exchange rate fluctuations, has formed a certain economic risk for these enterprise value. Reduce exchange rate volatility on foreign enterprises caused economic losses, improve the international competitiveness of enterprises in the country, has the practical significance of foreign trade industry and enterprises.
This paper from the theory of risks of exchange rate, using the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, through the authority of the site collected a lot of foreign listed company data, using SPSS software to measure the exchange rate risk in these industries; the single enterprise project is analyzed, the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on the income of the enterprise; based on this, puts forward some corresponding preventive measures and suggestions.
The first part of this paper discusses the research purpose, significance and methods and research status at home and abroad; the second part introduces the related theory of exchange rate risk; the third part discusses the impact of exchange rate changes on the international contracting enterprises; this part also elaborates the model of regression analysis, collecting samples, through regression analysis, proved the significant level of international engineering the listed enterprises suffer the risk of exchange rate; the fourth part through case analysis shows that the impact of exchange rate risk of single enterprise income; the fifth part introduces the strategy to reduce losses; the sixth part is the conclusion, is a summary and outlook for the future research.
