【摘要】：中國銀聯(lián)作為中國唯一的銀行卡組織,在中國支付產(chǎn)業(yè)中處于核心地位。隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的不斷開放,其人民幣轉(zhuǎn)接清算的壟斷專營終將會(huì)被打破,即將面臨國內(nèi)外競爭對(duì)手的全面競爭,同時(shí)傳統(tǒng)的卡組織模式將不能適應(yīng)電子商務(wù)的需要,中國銀聯(lián)的發(fā)展面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。探索一個(gè)全面開放時(shí)代新的發(fā)展模式,對(duì)于中國銀聯(lián)來講,是一個(gè)非常重要而緊迫的課題。本文首先陳述了中國銀聯(lián)的現(xiàn)狀和面臨的主要問題;接著對(duì)中國銀聯(lián)的卡組織模式進(jìn)行了研究,分析了卡組織模式在電子商務(wù)時(shí)代面臨的危機(jī),對(duì)比分析了中國銀聯(lián)的經(jīng)營能力;研究了支付產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境的變化及其影響,總結(jié)了支付產(chǎn)業(yè)變革的主要趨勢;然后對(duì)中國銀聯(lián)引導(dǎo)的支付產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)行了研究,分析了各方的需求,歸納了支付產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)中國銀聯(lián)的新要求;進(jìn)一步研究了競爭格局,分析了中國銀聯(lián)的競爭力,探討了新局面下中國銀聯(lián)與機(jī)構(gòu)的競合關(guān)系。最后在總結(jié)卡組織的盈利模式基礎(chǔ)上,提出了中國銀聯(lián)的新發(fā)展模式,設(shè)計(jì)了新模式的系統(tǒng)和組織構(gòu)架,并對(duì)如何構(gòu)建新模式提出了實(shí)施方案和推進(jìn)策略。本文就中國銀聯(lián)未來的發(fā)展提出了一個(gè)優(yōu)化的新模式,這個(gè)基于新競合關(guān)系而構(gòu)建的綜合支付服務(wù)發(fā)展模式,將為中國銀聯(lián)應(yīng)對(duì)發(fā)展危機(jī)提供一個(gè)有價(jià)值的解決方案。
[Abstract]:China UnionPay, as the only bank card organization in China, is at the core of the payment industry in China. With the continuous opening of industrial policy, the monopoly monopoly of RMB transfer to liquidation will be broken. At the same time, the traditional card organization model will not be able to meet the needs of e-commerce. The development of China UnionPay is faced with severe challenges. To explore a new development model in an all-around open era is of great importance to China UnionPay. It is a very important and urgent issue. Firstly, this paper describes the current situation of China UnionPay and the main problems it faces. Secondly, the paper studies the card organization mode of China UnionPay, analyzes the crisis faced by the card organization mode in the era of electronic commerce, and compares and analyzes the management ability of China UnionPay. The change of payment industry environment and its influence are studied, and the main trend of payment industry reform is summarized. Then the payment industry chain guided by China UnionPay is studied, the demand of all parties is analyzed, and the new requirements of the development of payment industry for China UnionPay are summarized. Further studies the competition pattern, analyzes the competition ability of China UnionPay, probes into the competitive relationship between China UnionPay and institutions under the new situation. Finally, on the basis of summing up the profit model of the card organization. This paper puts forward the new development model of UnionPay, and designs the system and organizational framework of the new model. This paper puts forward an optimized new model for the future development of China UnionPay, a comprehensive payment service development model based on the new competitive relationship. China UnionPay will provide a valuable solution to the development crisis.
