【摘要】:歐美主要經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國(guó)從20世紀(jì)40年代以來,開始廣泛推行個(gè)人消費(fèi)信貸,取得的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著。我國(guó)則是從上個(gè)世紀(jì)70年代末起出現(xiàn)個(gè)人消費(fèi)信貸業(yè)務(wù),隨著改革開發(fā)的不斷進(jìn)展,個(gè)人消費(fèi)信貸開始得到蓬勃發(fā)展。2007年,起源自美國(guó)的“次貸危機(jī)”爆發(fā),并迅速席卷全球主要金融市場(chǎng),由此敲響了個(gè)人消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的警鐘。為了維護(hù)我國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)的穩(wěn)定,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)和繼續(xù)繁榮,很有必要深入研究我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提前防范和化解相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 本文在引言中首先對(duì)論文的選題進(jìn)行了說明,介紹了選題的重要意義,并介紹文章研究的主要思路、方法和相應(yīng)采用的技術(shù)路線,還提出了本文可能的創(chuàng)新之處,緊接著,對(duì)消費(fèi)信貸和消費(fèi)信貸管理的基本理論作了簡(jiǎn)要的概括,隨后對(duì)我國(guó)消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的分析,,接下來,列舉世界上部份經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理上的一些先進(jìn)方法,以及一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),并對(duì)此進(jìn)行了比較分析,通過對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外的情況,針對(duì)我國(guó)消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理特殊情況,提出了一些建議和對(duì)策。與此同時(shí),在分析了我國(guó)目前消費(fèi)信貸市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題是,同時(shí),結(jié)合重慶市某商業(yè)銀行的消費(fèi)信貸數(shù)據(jù),利用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法構(gòu)建模型,進(jìn)行了一次個(gè)人信用等級(jí)的評(píng)分,計(jì)算出相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)檢驗(yàn)?zāi)P,最終結(jié)果與銀行實(shí)際情況相吻合。 通過本文對(duì)消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究,作者認(rèn)為,探索如何改進(jìn)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,應(yīng)從以下幾個(gè)方面入手,外部支持即法律制度的健全、抓緊完善并規(guī)范對(duì)個(gè)人征信系統(tǒng)的使用;內(nèi)部方面,加強(qiáng)商業(yè)銀行內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)和相關(guān)制度的建設(shè),是能夠有效地化解我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)個(gè)人消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的可控性。
[Abstract]:Since 1940s, major economic powers in Europe and the United States have started to widely implement personal consumer credit, which has achieved remarkable economic benefits. In China, personal consumer credit business has appeared since the end of -30s. With the continuous development of reform and development, personal consumer credit began to flourish. In 2007, the "subprime mortgage crisis" which originated from the United States broke out, and quickly swept the world's major financial markets. In order to maintain the stability of our financial market, promote the stable growth of economy and continue to prosper, it is necessary to study the personal consumption credit risk of commercial banks in our country. Guard against and resolve related risks ahead of time. In the introduction, this paper first explains the topic of the thesis, introduces the significance of the topic, and introduces the main ideas, methods and the corresponding technical route. It also puts forward the possible innovations of this paper, followed by a brief summary of the basic theory of consumer credit and consumer credit management, followed by a simple analysis of the current situation of consumer credit risk management in China. Next, it lists some advanced methods of consumer credit risk management in the top developed countries in the world, as well as some experience and lessons, and carries on the comparative analysis to this, through contrasts the domestic and foreign situation. According to the special situation of consumer credit risk management in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures. At the same time, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of consumer credit market risk in China. Combined with the consumption credit data of a commercial bank in Chongqing, a model was constructed by using BP neural network analysis method, and the personal credit rating was scored once, and the relevant data test model was calculated. The final result coincides with the bank's actual situation. Through the study of consumer credit risk management in this paper, the author thinks that how to improve the consumer credit risk management of commercial banks in China should be started from the following aspects, external support, that is, the sound legal system. To improve and standardize the use of personal credit system; On the internal side, strengthening the construction of internal organization structure and related system of commercial banks can effectively resolve the consumer credit risk of commercial banks in our country, and finally realize the controllability of personal consumption credit risk.
