【摘要】：外商直接投資在中國(guó)發(fā)展極為迅速，成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，其地位和作用日益重要。而另一方面，，在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的大調(diào)整中，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化己成為提高一國(guó)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要途徑。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化，不僅反映一個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和特點(diǎn)，同時(shí)也影響著這個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度和方向。自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)得到了很大的改善，可是仍存在很多急需解決的問(wèn)題，遠(yuǎn)未達(dá)到優(yōu)化狀態(tài)。中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展出現(xiàn)的偏差日益突出，成為制約中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要因素。 目前FDI在我國(guó)存在三個(gè)顯著特點(diǎn)：第一產(chǎn)業(yè)比重過(guò)低，利用外資嚴(yán)重滯后；第二產(chǎn)業(yè)比重明顯偏高，并且內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)趨同現(xiàn)象較為嚴(yán)重，多數(shù)投資集中在勞動(dòng)密集型行業(yè)及加工工業(yè)；第三產(chǎn)業(yè)有所發(fā)展，但內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)存在較大差異，急需調(diào)整。因此，研究FDI對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的效應(yīng)，有利于調(diào)整引資方向，促進(jìn)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)。 本文主要在歸納前人對(duì)外商直接投資理論以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了FDI影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的路徑。同時(shí)結(jié)合我國(guó)利用外資的特征，從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化以及FDI相關(guān)理論著手，分析了我國(guó)FDI在各大產(chǎn)業(yè)分布現(xiàn)狀，在此基礎(chǔ)上，將三大產(chǎn)業(yè)中外商直接投資分布數(shù)據(jù)與該產(chǎn)業(yè)中GDP增加值代入數(shù)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)模型，對(duì)FDI數(shù)額與GDP增加值作相關(guān)性分析及回歸分析，研究二者相關(guān)性以及FDI對(duì)GDP增加值的貢獻(xiàn)大小，并得出相關(guān)結(jié)論：即FDI提升了我國(guó)工業(yè)的高度，以及在一定程度上優(yōu)化了我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)。 結(jié)合外商直接投資的新趨勢(shì)及中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，本文提出轉(zhuǎn)變利用外資戰(zhàn)略的思路及對(duì)策，引導(dǎo)外商投資于我國(guó)急需發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)部門(mén)，以達(dá)到利用外資產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，提高外資質(zhì)量，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，提高中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，努力把利用外資對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)的沖擊力降到最低，達(dá)到更好地服務(wù)于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的目的，實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展從量到質(zhì)的飛躍。
[Abstract]:Foreign direct investment is extremely rapid development in Chinese, has become an important part of China's economy, the increasingly important position and role. On the other hand, in the adjustment of the world economic structure, industrial structure optimization has become an important way to improve the competitiveness of a country. The change of industrial structure, not only reflects the level of economic development and the characteristics of a country, but also affects the speed of economic development and the direction of the country. Since the reform and opening up, China's industrial structure has been greatly improved, but there are still many problems need to be solved, the state is far from optimized. The deviation of industrial structure China development have become increasingly prominent, has become one of the most important Chinese factors restricting the economic development.
At present, FDI has three remarkable characteristics in our country: low proportion of primary industry, the use of foreign capital is seriously lagging behind; the proportion of the second industry is significantly higher, and the convergence of the internal structure is a serious phenomenon, most investment in labor-intensive industries and processing industries; the third industry has developed, but there are differences between the internal structure needs adjustment. Therefore, effects of FDI on China's industrial structure optimization, is conducive to adjust the investment direction, promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of our country.
In this paper, summing up the previous theory of foreign direct investment and industrial structure on the basis of theoretical research, analysis of the effect of FDI path to upgrade the industrial structure. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of China's utilization of foreign capital, starting from the industrial structure optimization and FDI theory, analysis of China's FDI distribution status in the industry, on the basis of this. The three major industries of foreign direct investment data values into quantitative models of the industry and the increase in GDP, increase the value of correlation analysis and regression analysis of the amount of FDI and GDP, study the correlation between the two and FDI of GDP increased the contribution value, and draw relevant conclusions: FDI to enhance China's industrial level and, to a certain extent, optimize the industrial structure of our country.
Combined with the new trend of foreign direct investment and Chinese industrial structure characteristics, proposed ideas and Countermeasures of the transformation of the strategy of using foreign capital, guide foreign investment in China urgently needs to develop the industrial sector, in order to achieve the use of foreign industrial structure adjustment, improve the quality of foreign investment, optimize the industrial structure, improve the China industry comparative advantage and international competitiveness of industry. To impact the use of foreign capital on China's domestic industry to a minimum, to better serve the economic development of our country to realize the leap from quantity to quality of China's economic development.
