【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今金融市場環(huán)境的發(fā)展與改變,進(jìn)一步影響了中國金融資產(chǎn)管理公司的業(yè)務(wù)模式,使其發(fā)展更加多元化、多樣性。中國金融資產(chǎn)管理公司的主要經(jīng)濟利潤來源已不局限于對傳統(tǒng)的商業(yè)銀行不良資產(chǎn)的收購,而是逐步開展商業(yè)化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。中國經(jīng)濟體制的改革使非銀行金融機構(gòu)等實體經(jīng)濟在社會融資活動中占有越來越高的地位,非金融機構(gòu)的不良資產(chǎn)也悄然變?yōu)橘Y產(chǎn)管理公司主要的收入之一。由于中國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的持續(xù)調(diào)整,部分企業(yè)出現(xiàn)資金流動性緩慢,資金回收周期延長,非金融企業(yè)更需要借助外部力量來解決臨時性問題,并進(jìn)行資產(chǎn)及債務(wù)重組。這將為資產(chǎn)管理公司非金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造更大的空間和提供更多的機遇,并進(jìn)一步開拓其巨大的市場發(fā)展?jié)摿�。本文結(jié)合中國金融資產(chǎn)管理公司的實際經(jīng)營情況,從其商業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型入手,首先對中國金融資產(chǎn)管理公司的發(fā)展背景及運營模式進(jìn)行分析論述,然后以中國信達(dá)資產(chǎn)管理公司為例,詳細(xì)介紹非金融機構(gòu)不良資產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展情況及運營模式,通過對理論的深入分析,研究在實際情況中資產(chǎn)管理公司相關(guān)的運營模式,進(jìn)行案例分析,并進(jìn)一步對目前資產(chǎn)管理公司相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行趨勢分析,最后針對理論分析和案例分析發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出相應(yīng)戰(zhàn)略建議。
[Abstract]:With the development and change of the financial market environment, further affect the Chinese financial Asset Management Co business model, the development of more diversified, diversity. The main economic source of profit China financial Asset Management Co are not confined to the traditional commercial bank bad assets acquisition, but gradually carry out the development strategy of commercial Chinese economic system reform. Because Chinese continued to adjust the economic structure, some enterprises liquidity is slow, capital recovery cycle extended, non financial enterprises need more with the help of external forces to solve temporary problems, and assets and debt restructuring. Combining with the actual operation of China financial Asset Management Co, from the commercial transformation of the first development background and mode of operation of the Asset Management Co China financial analysis, and then to Chinese XinDa Asset Management Co as an example the development and operation mode, introduces the non-performing assets business of financial institutions, through in-depth analysis of the theory, research and Asset Management Co in the actual situation related operation mode, case analysis, and further development on the current mode of Asset Management Co related business trend analysis, put forward the corresponding strategic suggestions according to the theoretical analysis and case analysis the problems found.
