【摘要】：從2010年3月國家相繼出臺規(guī)范與整頓擔(dān)保行業(yè)的政策以來,融資性擔(dān)保行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了全國性的規(guī)范整頓活動,取得融資性擔(dān)保機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)營許可證的融資性擔(dān)保公司面臨著國家貨幣政策轉(zhuǎn)向穩(wěn)健和越來越激烈的擔(dān)保行業(yè)競爭態(tài)勢,在融資擔(dān)保產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化趨向嚴(yán)重的前提下,融資性擔(dān)保公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇與實(shí)施成為保持競爭優(yōu)勢的關(guān)鍵問題。 本文運(yùn)用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的理論和方法,對廣西GB融資性擔(dān)保有限公司所依托的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境及面臨挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇進(jìn)行了深入的分析,并結(jié)合波特五力分析模型分析了廣西融資擔(dān)保行業(yè)的競爭與發(fā)展態(tài)勢,進(jìn)而對該公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行客觀細(xì)致的分析,提出了該公司的發(fā)展總體戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),即實(shí)施市場滲透戰(zhàn)略和多元化戰(zhàn)略,并提出了廣西GB擔(dān)保有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障措施,通過搭建業(yè)務(wù)平臺、提高業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力、健全完善風(fēng)險管理系統(tǒng)、優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程和管理流程、實(shí)施優(yōu)秀企業(yè)文化與人才戰(zhàn)略等措施來達(dá)到發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。對于經(jīng)規(guī)范整頓后民營背景的融資性擔(dān)保公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的選擇有普遍的操作意義與參考價值。
[Abstract]:Since March 2010, the country has issued the policy of standardizing and rectifying the guarantee industry, the financing guarantee industry has experienced the national standard rectification activity. The financing guarantee companies which obtain the operating license of the financing guarantee institutions are faced with the trend of the national monetary policy turning to the steady and increasingly fierce competition in the guarantee industry under the premise of the serious homogeneity of the financing guarantee products. The choice and implementation of the development strategy of financing guarantee company becomes the key issue to maintain the competitive advantage. Based on the theory and method of enterprise strategic management, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment, challenges and opportunities of Guangxi GB financing guarantee Co., Ltd. Combined with Porter's five-force analysis model, this paper analyzes the competition and development situation of the financing guarantee industry in Guangxi, and then analyzes the internal environment of the company objectively and carefully, and puts forward the overall strategy and strategic objectives of the company's development. That is to implement market penetration strategy and diversification strategy, and put forward the development strategy of Guangxi GB guarantee Co., Ltd., through the establishment of business platform, improve business innovation ability, improve risk management system. Optimize business processes and management processes. The implementation of excellent corporate culture and talent strategy to achieve the development of strategic objectives, which has general operational significance and reference value for the choice of development strategy of financing guarantee companies with a standard and rectified private background.
