【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷普及,以大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)為優(yōu)勢(shì)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)積累了大量的客戶資源,并將業(yè)務(wù)逐漸延伸到金融領(lǐng)域,形成了一種新的模式-互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融。2013年以來,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融業(yè)務(wù)出現(xiàn)了爆發(fā)式的增長(zhǎng)。然而,與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融發(fā)展形成強(qiáng)烈反差的是我國傳統(tǒng)銀行的發(fā)展情況。2014年1月,人民幣存款驟然減少9447億元,增速創(chuàng)10年以來的新低。這樣的變化足以讓銀行系統(tǒng)開始坐立不安。尤其是中小商業(yè)銀行資金實(shí)力相對(duì)薄弱、營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)不足、服務(wù)對(duì)象與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融有較大的重合度,因而更易遭到?jīng)_擊。在如此競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的環(huán)境下如何探索進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展是中小商業(yè)銀行十分關(guān)注的問題。本文探討的就是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下中小商業(yè)銀行銀行如何發(fā)展的問題。首先,本文研究了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的概念及特征,將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融與傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)務(wù)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化區(qū)分開來,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融模式做出了詳細(xì)的劃分。要研究互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融發(fā)展背景下中小商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展問題,首先需要厘清互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融到底為中小商業(yè)銀行帶來了何種沖擊,本文通過中小商業(yè)銀行資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表和利潤(rùn)表的相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)作為切入點(diǎn),詳細(xì)分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融不同模式對(duì)于中小商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)和利潤(rùn)的影響。通過分析可以看到,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融各種模式對(duì)于中小商業(yè)銀行的影響效果不盡相同,其中互聯(lián)網(wǎng)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品銷售、第三方支付平臺(tái)對(duì)于中小商業(yè)銀行的存款業(yè)務(wù)影響較大,同時(shí)各種業(yè)務(wù)模式也影響了中小商業(yè)銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù)收入和存貸利差。通過分析了影響渠道之后,本文又選取了一家中小商業(yè)銀行作為案例,單獨(dú)研究其在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下的發(fā)展措施。該銀行建立起直銷銀行、發(fā)展各種類型的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品來對(duì)抗互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融取得了一定的成效,如:客戶數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)快并且業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好等。但同時(shí)也存在著如發(fā)展定位、運(yùn)營(yíng)模式不夠獨(dú)立,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制不夠健全,缺少完善的產(chǎn)品體系等問題。通過這一案例,可以看到我國中小商業(yè)銀行目前發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及還存在的問題,最后將對(duì)這些問題進(jìn)一步提出具有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of the Internet, Internet companies with the advantages of big data, cloud computing and social networking have accumulated a large number of customer resources, and gradually extended their businesses to the financial field, forming a new mode -- Internet finance. Since 2013, there has been an explosive growth in the Internet financial business. However, the strong contrast with the development of Internet finance is the development of Chinese traditional banks. In January 2014, RMB deposits dropped by 944 billion 700 million yuan, and the growth rate was at a new low of 10 years. Such changes are enough to make the banking system start to fidget. In particular, small and medium-sized commercial banks are more vulnerable to shocks due to their relatively weak financial strength, lack of business outlets, and the coincidence of users and Internet finance. In such a competitive environment, how to explore further development is a matter of great concern for small and medium commercial banks. This paper discusses the development of small and medium commercial banks under the background of Internet finance. First of all, this paper studies the concept and characteristics of Internet finance, divides Internet finance from Internet based traditional banking business, and based on this, makes a detailed division of the current Internet financial mode. The development problem of small and medium-sized commercial banks under the background of Internet financial development, we first need to clarify the impact of Internet banking in the end what brought for the small and medium-sized commercial banks, this paper starting point through the small commercial bank balance sheet and income statement related business as the effects of different modes of Internet Banking for small and medium-sized commercial banks and profit analysis in detail. Through the analysis we can see the effect for small and medium-sized commercial banks all kinds of Internet financial model is different, the deposit business Internet sales of financial products, the third party payment platform for small and medium sized commercial banks greater impact, and various business models also influence the intermediate business income and deposit spreads of small and medium commercial banks. After analyzing the influence channels, a small and medium sized commercial bank is selected as a case to study its development measures under the Internet financial competition separately. The bank has established direct selling banks and developed various types of innovative products to fight against Internet finance, which has made some progress, such as: the rapid growth of the number of customers and the good momentum of business scale development. But at the same time, there are also problems such as development positioning, operation mode is not independent, risk control is not perfect, lack of perfect product system and so on. Through this case, we can see the advantages and problems existing in the development of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China. Finally, we will further propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions for these problems.
