【摘要】：資金保障是保障房建設(shè)得以順利推進(jìn)的關(guān)鍵。而資金短缺、融資乏力是近年來我國各地保障房建設(shè)中遇到的最普遍問題。如何實現(xiàn)保障房建設(shè)和運營的良性循環(huán),其融資模式值得探討。本文以日本保障性住房融資模式為借鑒,就完善我國保障性住房融資提出了一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:Capital guarantee is the key to ensure the smooth promotion of housing construction. The shortage of funds and lack of financing are the most common problems encountered in the construction of affordable housing in China in recent years. How to realize the benign cycle of housing construction and operation, its financing mode should be discussed. Based on the model of Japanese affordable housing financing, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on improving the financing of China's affordable housing.
