市域經(jīng)濟下國際旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:浙江省寧波市是位于東部長三角區(qū)域的港口城市。自改革開放以來,寧波在港口開發(fā)、民營經(jīng)濟崛起以及國家開放政策的推動下,形成了以港口和外貿(mào)為主的城市發(fā)展模式。然而,全球化進程的加劇對市區(qū)域經(jīng)濟建設(shè)提出了更高的要求,與寧波相鄰的上海早在九十年代就提出了國際貿(mào)易中心城市建設(shè)的目標,上海自貿(mào)區(qū)的建成運作更為寧波區(qū)域經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級樹立了榜樣。在市區(qū)域經(jīng)濟整體提升的大背景下,寧波的國際服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展從傳統(tǒng)的運輸、物流、旅游、其他商業(yè)服務(wù)等部門向文化、金融、通訊等新興部門轉(zhuǎn)變。寧波國際旅游服務(wù)業(yè)作為傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)貿(mào)易中的一支,近年來有了迅猛的發(fā)展。寧波依托自身區(qū)域人文自然旅游資源優(yōu)勢,壯大中小企業(yè)旅游集群,加快旅游業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),培養(yǎng)國際化旅游服務(wù)人才,打造出了寧波自身的旅游國際化品牌。然而寧波國際旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易仍存在國際客源市場狹窄,自身旅游資源單一,旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不夠完善,外資利用率較低,高層次旅游貿(mào)易人才匱乏,國際競爭力薄弱等現(xiàn)實問題。因此如何立足于寧波優(yōu)化外貿(mào)結(jié)構(gòu),爭創(chuàng)國際貿(mào)易中心城市建設(shè)的大出發(fā)點,挖掘推進國際旅游貿(mào)易發(fā)展的新途徑成為關(guān)鍵的一環(huán)。本文采用文獻研究法、統(tǒng)計歸納法和案例研究法進行研究。首先,通過統(tǒng)計歸納法分析寧波旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,國際旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易的競爭力評測,以及其發(fā)展優(yōu)勢同所面臨的問題。其次,闡述市域經(jīng)濟的概念,聯(lián)系寧波實際,分析寧波開展區(qū)域國際貿(mào)易中心城市建設(shè)的新舉措。再其次,論述了市域經(jīng)濟同國際旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易的相互聯(lián)系。最后,通過案例研究分析論述“郵輪旅游”在寧波發(fā)展的可能性和提出相關(guān)未來發(fā)展的建議。同理論述“會展旅游業(yè)”蓬勃發(fā)展的原因和所帶來經(jīng)濟效益。本文總結(jié)提出了國際旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展應(yīng)著眼于區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,順應(yīng)城市宏觀經(jīng)濟規(guī)劃發(fā)展的重要性,以及轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易方式,向同文化、運輸、金融、通訊等其他服務(wù)貿(mào)易部門相融合并行的綜合性、多樣性服務(wù)貿(mào)易方式轉(zhuǎn)變的必要性。
[Abstract]:Ningbo is a port city in the east of the Yangtze River Delta. Since the reform and opening-up, Ningbo has formed a mode of urban development based on port and foreign trade, driven by the development of port, the rise of the private economy and the opening and opening-up of the state. However, the intensification of the globalization process has put forward a higher demand for the construction of the city's regional economy, and the Shanghai's neighboring Shanghai has put forward the goal of the city construction of the International Trade Center in the 1990s, and the construction of the Shanghai Free Trade Area has set an example for the upgrade of the regional economic transformation in Ningbo. In the background of the overall improvement of regional economy, the development of international trade in Ningbo is changing from the traditional transportation, logistics, tourism and other business services to the emerging sectors such as culture, finance and communication. The international tourism service industry of Ningbo, as one of the traditional service trade, has developed rapidly in recent years. Ningbo relies on its own regional human natural tourism resources, strengthens the small and medium-sized enterprise tourism cluster, accelerates the construction of the tourism infrastructure, cultivates the international tourism service talents, and creates the tourism international brand of Ningbo itself. However, the international tourism service trade of Ningbo still has the problems of the narrow international tourist market, the single tourism resources, the insufficient construction of the tourism infrastructure, the low utilization rate of foreign capital, the shortage of high-level tourism trade talents and the weak international competitiveness. Therefore, how to base on Ningbo to optimize the foreign trade structure, to create the great starting point of the city construction of the International Trade Centre, and to explore a new way to promote the development of international tourism trade becomes a key link. In this paper, a literature study, a statistical induction method and a case study are used to study. First, through the statistical induction, the present situation of the development of the tourism in Ningbo, the evaluation of the competitiveness of the international tourism service trade and the problems of its development advantages are analyzed. Secondly, this paper expounds the concept of city-domain economy, and links Ningbo's practice to analyze Ningbo's new measures to carry out the urban construction of the International Trade Centre in Ningbo. Secondly, the relationship between the market economy and the international tourism service trade is discussed. Finally, through the case study, the paper discusses the possibility of the "cruise tourism" 's development in Ningbo and puts forward some suggestions for the future development. The reason and economic benefit of the development of the "MICE tourism" are discussed in the same way. In this paper, it is concluded that the development of international tourism service should be based on the regional advantage, the importance of conforming to the development of the urban macro-economic planning, and the transformation of the traditional tourism service trade way, and to the integration of the other service trade departments of the same culture, transportation, finance, communication and other services, The need for a change in the mode of trade in diversity services.
