【摘要】：我國(guó)會(huì)展業(yè)作為一個(gè)新興的服務(wù)行業(yè)在短期內(nèi)迅速發(fā)展的同時(shí),還存在一些問(wèn)題,特別是在會(huì)展業(yè)人才的供給上還存有明顯的缺口,會(huì)展人才素質(zhì)和專(zhuān)業(yè)水平還不高,還沒(méi)有形成完備的會(huì)展人才培養(yǎng)體系和模式。在此背景下,針對(duì)南京地區(qū)當(dāng)代學(xué)生對(duì)職業(yè)的認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,并對(duì)調(diào)查的結(jié)果進(jìn)行整理分析,期望有志從事會(huì)展專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生形成樂(lè)觀進(jìn)取的精神,更好地進(jìn)行職業(yè)及自我認(rèn)知;學(xué)校進(jìn)行廣泛的校企合作,更好地培養(yǎng)出適應(yīng)社會(huì)的會(huì)展專(zhuān)業(yè)人才。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's convention and exhibition industry as a new service industry in a short period of time, there are still some problems, especially in the supply of talents in the convention and exhibition industry, there is still an obvious gap, the quality and professional level of convention and exhibition talents are not high, and a complete exhibition talent training system and model has not yet been formed. Under this background, this paper makes an investigation on the present situation of contemporary students' cognition of occupation in Nanjing area, and analyzes the results of the survey, hoping that the students who aspire to engage in exhibition major form an optimistic and enterprising spirit and better carry on their professional and self-cognition; the school carries on extensive cooperation between schools and enterprises, and better trains exhibition professionals who adapt to the society.
