我國電影節(jié)管理模式與發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】: 我國電影節(jié)在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)和對外傳播中的作用和影響與日俱增,但目前國內(nèi)電影節(jié)尚處于發(fā)展的初期,在功能定位與管理模式上存在諸多不完善的地方。本文系統(tǒng)研究國內(nèi)外電影節(jié)并重點(diǎn)考察上海國際電影節(jié)和中國(廣州)國際紀(jì)錄片大會,運(yùn)用會展學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)等學(xué)科理論,對電影節(jié)的功能定位與管理模式進(jìn)行深入全面分析。 電影節(jié)的功能可分為文化性功能和商業(yè)性功能,國內(nèi)電影節(jié)在功能定位上出現(xiàn)一定的偏差。上海國際電影節(jié)文化性功能異化為娛樂功能,中國(廣州)國際紀(jì)錄片大會過于強(qiáng)調(diào)商業(yè)性功能。針對這些問題,筆者認(rèn)為上海國際電影節(jié)應(yīng)將重心轉(zhuǎn)移到文化功能上,而中國(廣州)國際紀(jì)錄片大會需增強(qiáng)文化性功能。筆者認(rèn)為在不同的發(fā)展階段,國內(nèi)電影節(jié)應(yīng)采用不同的管理模式。在引入期采用政府主辦、承辦模式;在成長期采用政府-市場過渡模式;在成熟期,可以采用市場化模式。目前國內(nèi)電影節(jié)仍處于發(fā)育初期,應(yīng)采用政府主辦、承辦的管理模式。同時(shí),針對發(fā)展中存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)的對策。
[Abstract]:The role and influence of Chinese film festival in cultural industry and external communication is increasing day by day, but at present, domestic film festival is still in the initial stage of development, and there are many imperfections in the function orientation and management mode. This paper systematically studies domestic and foreign film festivals and focuses on Shanghai International Film Festival and China (Guangzhou) International documentary Conference, using the theories of exhibition science, economics, management and cultural industry, etc. The function orientation and management mode of film festival are analyzed thoroughly. The function of film festival can be divided into cultural function and commercial function. The cultural function of the Shanghai International Film Festival is alienated to the entertainment function, and the International documentary Conference of China (Guangzhou) emphasizes the commercial function too much. In view of these problems, the author thinks that the focus of Shanghai International Film Festival should be shifted to the cultural function, while the International documentary Conference of China (Guangzhou) should strengthen the cultural function. The author thinks that in different stages of development, domestic film festivals should adopt different management models. In the period of introduction, the mode of government hosting and undertaking is adopted; in the period of growth, the mode of government-market transition is adopted; in the mature period, the mode of marketization can be adopted. At present, domestic film festivals are still in the early stages of development, should be hosted by the government, the management model. At the same time, aiming at the problems existing in the development, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
