C公司會展業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:人類的發(fā)展已經(jīng)進(jìn)入信息化時代,各行各業(yè)信息更新加快,所處的環(huán)境日新月異。如今,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)還在持續(xù),企業(yè)面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),要在激烈的競爭中存活、發(fā)展,就需要對企業(yè)整體進(jìn)行評估,以戰(zhàn)略的角度來調(diào)整企業(yè)的行為,控制企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。而且原本制定的策略計劃時效在縮短,需要不斷進(jìn)行修正以適應(yīng)變化,這就需要對企業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。本文以我國特定會展企業(yè)——C公司為研究對象,根據(jù)我國會展企業(yè)的經(jīng)營狀況,探討會展企業(yè)的發(fā)展之路。 本文通過資料數(shù)據(jù),利用波特行業(yè)五力模型等工具,對C公司會展業(yè)務(wù)所具有的優(yōu)勢和存在問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)剖解和探討,分析產(chǎn)生的原因,結(jié)合企業(yè)的自身情況,制定了C公司今后的發(fā)展策略及發(fā)展建議。 全文共分六章:第一章介紹論文的思路和一些基本概念;第二章介紹了會展業(yè)的興起與作用。第三章進(jìn)行C公司會展業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)勢、問題及原因分析;第四章提出C公司會展業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展策略;第五章為推進(jìn)C公司會展業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的一些建議;第六章總結(jié)結(jié)論、提出不足。 本文的研究將對目前C公司的會展業(yè)務(wù)生存環(huán)境和今后企業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展起了總體性謀劃作用,同時也為會展行業(yè)其他企業(yè)如何在當(dāng)今復(fù)雜的外部環(huán)境中擺脫困境,取得優(yōu)勢,不斷發(fā)展,具有一定的借鑒和參考意義。 本文不足之處首先在于筆者對行業(yè)的總體把握深度不夠,所得到的信息資料不甚完備,對問題的分析和診斷因個人水平有限而不夠精準(zhǔn);其次就是本文提出的是基于理論上的策略建議,對于C公司以后的實際操作過程中有無采納,在本文中無法作跟蹤調(diào)查,也無法對結(jié)果作進(jìn)一步確認(rèn)和評價。
[Abstract]:The development of human has entered the information age, the information of various industries is being updated quickly, and the environment is changing with each passing day. Nowadays, the global economic crisis is still continuing, and enterprises are facing severe challenges. In order to survive and develop in the fierce competition, it is necessary to evaluate the whole enterprise, adjust the behavior of the enterprise and control the development direction of the enterprise from a strategic point of view. Moreover, the limitation period of the original strategic plan is shortened, and it needs to be revised to adapt to the changes, which requires the study of enterprise development. This paper takes C Company, a special exhibition enterprise in our country, as the research object, and discusses the developing road of the exhibition enterprise according to the management condition of the exhibition enterprise in our country. In this paper, the advantages and problems of the exhibition business of C Company are analyzed and discussed in detail by means of the data and the five forces model of Porter industry, and the reasons are analyzed and combined with the situation of the enterprise. The future development strategy and development suggestions of C Company are worked out. The thesis is divided into six chapters: the first chapter introduces the ideas and some basic concepts of the thesis, the second chapter introduces the rise and function of the exhibition industry. The third chapter analyzes the advantages, problems and reasons of C company's exhibition business, the fourth chapter puts forward the development strategy of C company's exhibition business, the fifth chapter is some suggestions for further development of C company's exhibition business. The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusion and puts forward the deficiency. The research in this paper will play an overall role in the survival environment of the exhibition business of C Company and the continuous development of the enterprises in the future. At the same time, it will also help other enterprises in the exhibition industry to get rid of the difficult position and gain the advantage in the complex external environment. Continuous development, with a certain reference and reference significance. First of all, the deficiency of this paper lies in the depth of the overall grasp of the industry, the information obtained is not very complete, the analysis and diagnosis of the problem is not accurate because of the limited personal level; The second is that this paper is based on the theory of strategic recommendations, for C company in the future practical process of whether to adopt, in this paper can not do follow-up investigation, can not further confirm and evaluate the results.
