廣州旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素研究

【摘要】:隨著旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,旅游目的地競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成為旅游學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)問題,旅游目的地競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系更是研究的難點(diǎn)問題。旅游目的地競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系的核心就是旅游目的地競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素的確定。在這個(gè)方面,國(guó)內(nèi)外已經(jīng)有學(xué)者通過定性和定量的方法進(jìn)行過研究,當(dāng)然研究還有待繼續(xù)深入。 首先通過文獻(xiàn)綜述、專家訪談等方法確定了廣州旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的5大類影響因素,23項(xiàng)影響因子;具體包括:資源類因素(自然旅游資源、現(xiàn)代城市旅游資源、古跡和建筑旅游資源、民俗風(fēng)情旅游資源、會(huì)議展覽旅游資源、文化藝術(shù)旅游資源、購(gòu)物飲食旅游資源)、支持類因素(旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、旅游接待設(shè)施、旅游游憩設(shè)施、旅游相關(guān)的支持性產(chǎn)業(yè)、旅游社會(huì)文化環(huán)境和旅游信息與研究)、管理類因素(旅游目的地政策、規(guī)劃與開發(fā)、旅游市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、旅游人力資源發(fā)展、目的地游客管理、旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量、目的地管理組織)、區(qū)位因素(目的地區(qū)位和目的地交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展程度)、創(chuàng)新因素(旅游市場(chǎng)創(chuàng)新、旅游模式創(chuàng)新、旅游產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新)。其次,設(shè)計(jì)IPA問卷并選取了旅游企業(yè)、旅游科研單位、旅游政府部門和行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)以及一部分旅游者進(jìn)行IPA問卷的調(diào)查,要求調(diào)查對(duì)象就每一項(xiàng)因子對(duì)廣州旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要性和表現(xiàn)性進(jìn)行打分。再次,應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的方差分析對(duì)調(diào)查對(duì)象的工作背景和受教育程度進(jìn)行顯著性分析;應(yīng)用配對(duì)樣本T檢驗(yàn)對(duì)重要性和表現(xiàn)性均值進(jìn)行分析。最后,應(yīng)用重要性-績(jī)效性的方法,對(duì)廣州旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析,得出廣州應(yīng)該在民俗風(fēng)情旅游資源的開發(fā)、旅游社會(huì)文化環(huán)境、旅游產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和旅游模式創(chuàng)新等方面進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)改進(jìn),以提升廣州旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the development of tourism economy, tourism destination competitiveness has become a hot issue in the field of tourism research, and the evaluation system of tourism destination competitiveness is a difficult problem. The core of the evaluation system of tourism destination competitiveness is the determination of influencing factors of tourism destination competitiveness. In this respect, some scholars at home and abroad have carried on the research through qualitative and quantitative methods, of course, the research needs to be further studied. First of all, through literature review, expert interviews and other methods to determine the competitiveness of Guangzhou tourism five categories of factors, 23 factors; Specific factors include: natural tourism resources, modern urban tourism resources, historic and architectural tourism resources, folklore tourism resources, conference and exhibition tourism resources, cultural and artistic tourism resources, shopping and food tourism resources), Supporting factors (tourism infrastructure, tourism reception facilities, tourism recreation facilities, tourism-related support industries, tourism sociocultural environment and tourism information and research), management factors (tourism destination policy, planning and development), Tourism marketing, tourism human resource development, destination tourist management, tourism service quality, destination management organization, location factors (development of destination location and destination transportation network), innovation factors (tourism market innovation), Tourism model innovation, tourism product innovation). Secondly, the IPA questionnaire is designed and selected from tourism enterprises, tourism research institutes, tourism government departments and industry associations, as well as some tourists to investigate the IPA questionnaire. The respondents were asked to rate the importance and expressiveness of each factor to Guangzhou's tourism competitiveness. Thirdly, the statistical analysis of variance was used to analyze the work background and educational level of the subjects, and T test was used to analyze the mean value of importance and performance. Finally, applying the essential-performance method to analyze the tourism competitiveness of Guangzhou, it is concluded that Guangzhou should develop tourism resources of folk customs and customs, tourism social and cultural environment, In order to improve Guangzhou's tourism competitiveness, the innovation of tourism products and tourism mode should be improved.
