【摘要】： 2005年9月正式獲準(zhǔn)成立的崇明島國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園涵蓋整個(gè)崇明島,面積約1200Km~2,是目前上海唯一的國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園。 本文主要探討在上海這樣一座國(guó)際性大都市,國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園如何在城市的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和可持續(xù)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮獨(dú)特而積極的作用,提出了都市型國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園的概念,進(jìn)而對(duì)地質(zhì)資源產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義進(jìn)行了新的認(rèn)識(shí)。 本文對(duì)崇明島國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園的地質(zhì)資源價(jià)值、生態(tài)資源價(jià)值和環(huán)境價(jià)值進(jìn)行了深入的分析研究,運(yùn)用了一系列統(tǒng)計(jì)預(yù)測(cè)方法對(duì)崇明島國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園的市場(chǎng)規(guī)模進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),并分析了環(huán)境、旅游接待設(shè)施和景點(diǎn)承載力對(duì)該地質(zhì)公園發(fā)展的約束力量。針對(duì)崇明島國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園的特點(diǎn),在分析了它的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了建設(shè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)原則和目標(biāo)。 結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外的經(jīng)驗(yàn),本文設(shè)計(jì)了崇明島國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園的形態(tài)規(guī)劃和品牌規(guī)劃。形態(tài)規(guī)劃方面,提出了建設(shè)崇明地質(zhì)公園博物館島的設(shè)想,通過(guò)建立一系列博物館,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代科技手段,將崇明島河口三角洲獨(dú)特的地質(zhì)地貌景觀和國(guó)內(nèi)外其它地方豐富的地質(zhì)公園資源集中進(jìn)行展示,從而使崇明島上的地質(zhì)公園博物館產(chǎn)生集群效益。品牌規(guī)劃方面,崇明島在建立世界地質(zhì)論壇的過(guò)程中逐步建立起完善的能承辦國(guó)際會(huì)議和展覽的會(huì)展設(shè)施,同時(shí)依托上海大都市原有的會(huì)展設(shè)施,使上海成為完美結(jié)合以巴黎為代表的國(guó)際大都市模式和以達(dá)沃斯為代表的風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)模式的國(guó)際會(huì)議承辦地,既能為推動(dòng)上海會(huì)展產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供機(jī)遇,也為崇明建立世界級(jí)論壇創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)。因此建議在崇明島國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園設(shè)立世界地質(zhì)論壇,樹(shù)立自身的品牌形象。 借鑒美國(guó)國(guó)家公園的管理體制和歐洲地質(zhì)公園的管理體系,本文對(duì)完善崇明島國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園管理體系的構(gòu)建和信息系統(tǒng)也提出了建議。 都市型國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園在國(guó)內(nèi)外并不多見(jiàn),但它對(duì)都市的發(fā)展卻有特殊的作用。因此本文重點(diǎn)探討了都市型國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園與都市可持續(xù)發(fā)展間的相互關(guān)系和影響,以期掌握相關(guān)的規(guī)律。 本文將理論研究運(yùn)用到崇明島國(guó)家地質(zhì)公園開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的思考上,一方面有助于開(kāi)擴(kuò)思路,使當(dāng)?shù)卦诰幹啤笆濉币?guī)劃方面有更多的參考依據(jù),另一方面也是選擇一個(gè)特殊的案例,對(duì)地質(zhì)資源產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值作新的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Chongming Island National Geopark, which was formally established in September 2005, covers the whole Chongming Island, covering an area of about 1200 km / m ~ 2. It is the only national geopark in Shanghai at present. This paper mainly discusses how the national geopark plays a unique and active role in the adjustment of the industrial structure and the sustainable development of the city in an international metropolis like Shanghai, and puts forward the concept of the metropolitan national geopark. The economic significance of geological resources industry is further recognized. In this paper, the geological resource value, ecological resource value and environmental value of Chongming Island National Geopark are deeply analyzed and studied, and a series of statistical forecasting methods are used to predict the market scale of Chongming Island National Geopark. And analyzed the environment, the tourist reception facilities and the scenic spot carrying capacity to the geopark development restraint force. According to the characteristics of Chongming Island National Geopark, the strategic guiding principles and objectives of construction and development are put forward on the basis of analyzing its development strategic environment. Based on the experience at home and abroad, this paper designs the shape planning and brand planning of Chongming Island National Geopark. In terms of form planning, the paper puts forward the idea of building a museum island in Chongming Geological Park. Through the establishment of a series of museums, modern scientific and technological means are used. The unique geological and geomorphological landscape of the estuarine delta of Chongming Island and the abundant geopark resources of other places at home and abroad are concentrated and displayed, thus making the geopark museum on Chongming Island produce cluster benefits. In terms of brand planning, Chongming Island, in the process of establishing the World Geological Forum, has gradually established a perfect exhibition facility capable of hosting international conferences and exhibitions, while relying on the original exhibition facilities of Shanghai Metropolitan. Making Shanghai an international conference venue that perfectly combines the international metropolis model represented by Paris and the scenic spot model represented by Davos can provide an opportunity to promote the development of Shanghai's exhibition industry. It also creates opportunities for Chongming to establish a world-class forum. Therefore, it is suggested that a world geological forum should be set up in Chongming Island National Geopark to establish its own brand image. Based on the management system of National Park in the United States and the Management system of Geopark in Europe, this paper also puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the management system and information system of Chongming Island National Geopark. Metropolitan National Geopark is rare at home and abroad, but it plays a special role in urban development. Therefore, this paper focuses on the relationship and influence between urban national geopark and urban sustainable development in order to grasp the relevant laws. This paper applies the theoretical research to the thinking of the development strategy of Chongming Island National Geopark. On the one hand, it is helpful to expand the thinking and make the local people have more reference basis in compiling the 12th Five-Year Plan. On the other hand, a special case is chosen to make a new understanding of the economic value of geological resources industry.
