國(guó)際展覽產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟(阿里巴巴)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式研究

【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,是一個(gè)瞬息萬(wàn)變的時(shí)代,企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。很多企業(yè)意識(shí)到,憑借自身有限的資源,難以在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得優(yōu)勢(shì),企業(yè)由單純的對(duì)立走向聯(lián)合是時(shí)代發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟是企業(yè)為適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的需要,而產(chǎn)生的一種新型的組織形式,目前在我國(guó)各大行業(yè)應(yīng)用已經(jīng)非常普遍。 在會(huì)展行業(yè),越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)也意識(shí)到聯(lián)合的重要性,特別是在特別是異地辦展,搭建展臺(tái)、人員調(diào)配所需成本巨大,且收益不能提前預(yù)計(jì)的情況下。而電子商務(wù)在聚集客源和節(jié)約交易成本方面,展現(xiàn)出了巨大的優(yōu)勢(shì),使得會(huì)展與電子商務(wù)的聯(lián)合成為時(shí)代發(fā)展的一種必然趨勢(shì)。 國(guó)際展覽產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟就是在這樣的背景下產(chǎn)生的,它以“打造誠(chéng)信、開(kāi)放、綠色、全球化的會(huì)展業(yè)新商業(yè)文明”為使命,立足服務(wù)于全球中小企業(yè),通過(guò)電子商務(wù)及展覽貿(mào)易渠道,融合產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游各要素企業(yè),包含展覽組織機(jī)構(gòu)、展覽場(chǎng)所、展覽服務(wù)企業(yè)、政府機(jī)構(gòu)、非政府組織(NGO)。 類(lèi)似于國(guó)際展覽產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的會(huì)展聯(lián)盟還有很多,且都處于起步階段,在實(shí)踐中不斷摸索未來(lái)的發(fā)展模式。本文也是對(duì)于國(guó)際展覽產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟未來(lái)發(fā)展模式的一種嘗試性探索,選擇從管理學(xué)角度,以企業(yè)能力為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以企業(yè)資源基礎(chǔ)理論、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論為主線,綜合各種研究戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的方法,對(duì)國(guó)際展覽產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)對(duì)阿里巴巴國(guó)際展覽產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟內(nèi)部資源、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的分析,以及與行業(yè)中其他聯(lián)盟運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的比較,結(jié)合收集到的材料和數(shù)據(jù),嘗試對(duì)國(guó)際展覽產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟運(yùn)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行具體的深度分析。希望能對(duì)會(huì)展企業(yè)與電子商務(wù)企業(yè)的互動(dòng)發(fā)展與會(huì)展聯(lián)盟的實(shí)際運(yùn)作帶來(lái)參考和借鑒的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The era of knowledge economy is an era of rapid change, the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Many enterprises realize that, with their limited resources, it is difficult to gain advantages in competition, and it is the inevitable trend of the development of the times for enterprises to move from simple opposition to union. Strategic alliance is a new type of organization which is produced by enterprises in order to meet the needs of the development of the times. At present, it has been widely used in various industries of our country. In the exhibition industry, more and more enterprises also realize the importance of the alliance, especially in the case of different places to hold exhibitions, build booths, the deployment of personnel needs a huge cost, and the income can not be predicted ahead of time. The combination of exhibition and electronic commerce has become an inevitable trend in the development of the times because of the enormous advantages of electronic commerce in gathering customers and saving transaction costs. This is the background of the International Exhibition Industry Alliance, which aims to "create a new commercial civilization of honesty, openness, green and globalization" and serve small and medium-sized enterprises around the world. Through the electronic commerce and exhibition trade channel, the integration industry chain upstream and downstream each factor enterprise, including exhibition organization, exhibition place, exhibition service enterprise, government organization, non-governmental organization (NGO). Similar to the international exhibition industry alliance, there are many exhibition alliances, and all are in the initial stage, in practice continue to explore the future development model. This paper is also an attempt to explore the future development model of the international exhibition industry alliance. From the perspective of management, taking the enterprise capability as the starting point, taking the enterprise resource basic theory and the core competitiveness theory as the main line, this article also is an attempt to explore the future development model of the international exhibition industry alliance. This paper analyzes the international exhibition industry alliance by synthesizing the methods of various strategic alliances. Through the analysis of Alibaba's internal resources, core competitiveness, and the comparison with other alliance operating modes in the industry, the paper combines the collected materials and data. This paper tries to analyze the operation mode of international exhibition industry alliance. It is hoped that it will bring reference and reference value to the interactive development of exhibition enterprises and electronic commerce enterprises and the actual operation of exhibition alliance.
