【摘要】：全球化背景下,世界著名博物館的創(chuàng)新變革往往成為全球博物館事業(yè)發(fā)展的風向標。南京博物院院長龔良認為:美國大都會博物館近年來在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、營銷策劃、展覽運作、教育推廣、數(shù)字化建設(shè)、論壇會議形式等方面的創(chuàng)新理念與成功實踐,為包括南京博物院在內(nèi)的中國博物館的建設(shè)與發(fā)展提供了引領(lǐng)和借鑒。南京博物院將在順利完成"一院六館六所"硬件建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上,完善制度修訂、部門微調(diào)、職能履行、人才培養(yǎng)等軟件建設(shè);多措并舉,突破觀念束縛,激發(fā)創(chuàng)造性思維;運用多學(xué)科研究,實踐中國博物館學(xué)科理論體系,從而在中國目前的轉(zhuǎn)型變革時期,充分發(fā)揮博物館的教育功能,促進社會的和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, the innovation and transformation of the world famous museums often become the vane of the development of the global museum undertaking. Gong Liang, president of Nanjing Museum, believes that the Metropolitan Museum of the United States in recent years in leadership, marketing planning, exhibition operations, education promotion, digital construction, forum format and other innovative ideas and successful practice. It provides guidance and reference for the construction and development of Chinese museums including Nanjing Museum. The Nanjing Museum will successfully complete the hardware construction of "one House, six Pavilions and six Institutes", perfect the software construction, such as system revision, department fine-tuning, functional performance, personnel training, etc. In order to give full play to the educational function of museums and promote the harmonious development of society in the period of transformation and transformation in China, the multi-disciplinary research is applied to practice the theoretical system of Chinese museums.
