圖式理論在會(huì)展口譯中的運(yùn)用

【摘要】:本研究以圖式理論為理論基礎(chǔ),以會(huì)展口譯真實(shí)語(yǔ)料為素材,采用例證法分析圖式于會(huì)展口譯的原語(yǔ)理解,信息存儲(chǔ)及譯語(yǔ)表達(dá)階段中的作用。本文提出三種利用圖式提高口譯質(zhì)量的策略:積累類似圖式、修改差異圖式以及重構(gòu)缺失圖式。積累類似圖式指的是譯員在聽(tīng)眾已有圖式的基礎(chǔ)上為其補(bǔ)充更多準(zhǔn)確的次級(jí)圖式和意義單位,以利于聽(tīng)眾頭腦中相關(guān)圖式的激活,促使聽(tīng)眾更好地理解譯文。修改差異圖式主要是為了解決由文化差異引起的理解困難。由于文化差異與個(gè)體差異的存在,不同個(gè)體聽(tīng)到同一語(yǔ)料時(shí)被激活的圖式可能存在很大差異,因而產(chǎn)生不同的感受。針對(duì)此情況,譯員可以對(duì)此事物在原語(yǔ)文化中的意象進(jìn)行闡釋性說(shuō)明,以此修改聽(tīng)眾已有的圖式,便于聽(tīng)眾理解。重構(gòu)缺失圖式針對(duì)的是原語(yǔ)文化中某種獨(dú)特的概念在譯語(yǔ)文化中完全缺失的情況。若出現(xiàn)圖式缺失,譯員就應(yīng)當(dāng)主動(dòng)為聽(tīng)眾提供缺失的圖式,在譯文中將原語(yǔ)的字面意義和言外之意一起傳達(dá)給聽(tīng)眾,避免出現(xiàn)聽(tīng)眾無(wú)法理解的情況。希望本文能引起會(huì)展口譯從業(yè)者對(duì)圖式理論的重視,在口譯實(shí)踐中注意圖式的積累、修改和重構(gòu),進(jìn)一步提高口譯水平。
[Abstract]:Based on schema theory and the real corpus of convention and exhibition interpretation, this study uses illustrative method to analyze the role of graph in the stage of source language understanding, information storage and target language expression in convention and exhibition interpretation. This paper proposes three strategies to improve interpretation quality by schema: accumulation of similar schemas, modification of differential schemas and reconstruction of missing schemas. The accumulation of similar schemas means that the interpreter adds more accurate sub-schemas and meaning units to the listeners on the basis of the existing schemas, so as to facilitate the activation of relevant schemata in the listener's mind and promote the audience to understand the translation better. The purpose of modifying the difference schema is to solve the difficulty of understanding caused by the cultural difference. Due to the existence of cultural differences and individual differences, different individuals may have different feelings when they hear the same corpus. In view of this situation, the interpreter can explain the image of this thing in the original language culture, so as to modify the existing schema of the audience and make it easy for the audience to understand. The reconstruction of the missing schema is aimed at the situation in which a particular concept in the source language culture is completely absent in the target language culture. If there is a lack of schemata, the interpreter should actively offer the schema to the audience and convey the literal meaning and the implied meaning of the original language to the audience together in the translation, so as to avoid the situation that the listener cannot understand. It is hoped that this paper will arouse the attention of convention and exhibition interpreters to schema theory, pay attention to the accumulation, modification and reconstruction of schema in interpreting practice, and further improve the level of interpretation.
