【摘要】：隨著國家沿海城市的戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整,濱海地帶會作為沿海城市新的增長極,如經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)、新產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)、外商投資區(qū)、會展、體育基地及其它對外交流基地等,而這些區(qū)域具有較高的生態(tài)敏感度和脆弱性。在高強度的城市建設活動影響下,濱海沿岸潛生態(tài)敏感區(qū)甚至更大范圍內(nèi)均造成了不同程度的生態(tài)破壞。 縱觀國內(nèi)外的研究,以沿海岸線“生態(tài)敏感區(qū)”概念為主要研究對象。本文在研究濱海生態(tài)特征的基礎上,提出了“潛生態(tài)敏感區(qū)”的概念,并以濱海沿岸線區(qū)域“潛生態(tài)敏感區(qū)”作為研究對象,即以生態(tài)敏感區(qū)及建設協(xié)調(diào)區(qū)為整體,探討對此類區(qū)域的生態(tài)保育和城市設計的方法。嘗試將規(guī)劃與保護同步進行,在不破壞城市整個生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的同時,對脆弱的生態(tài)環(huán)境進行生態(tài)修復,創(chuàng)造優(yōu)美、宜人的濱海景觀,為以后的城市設計作指導。在論文中以實例——泉州市洛陽江區(qū)域城市設計的規(guī)劃競標方案為案例,進行生態(tài)保育和城市設計實踐研究。 本文分為兩大部分,第一部分為提出問題并分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因,包括論文的第1章,提出本文研究的背景、意義和潛生態(tài)敏感區(qū)的內(nèi)涵,論述文章研究的范圍、方法、框架和內(nèi)容。第二部分為解決問題的策略方法,包括論文的第2、3、4、5章,第2章從濱海潛生態(tài)敏感區(qū)生態(tài)保育策略進行研究;第3章是對濱海潛生態(tài)敏感區(qū)的生態(tài)城市設計方法進行研究;第4章是介紹實際案例中如何對濱海潛生態(tài)敏感區(qū)進行生態(tài)保育與城市設計;第5章為論文總結。
[Abstract]:With the strategic readjustment of the country's coastal cities, the coastal zone will serve as a new growth pole for coastal cities, such as economic development zones, new industrial parks, foreign investment zones, exhibitions, sports bases and other foreign exchange bases, etc. These areas have high ecological sensitivity and vulnerability. Under the influence of high intensity urban construction activities, the potential ecological sensitive areas along the coast have caused ecological damage to varying degrees. Taking the concept of ecological sensitive area along coastline as the main object of study at home and abroad. Based on the study of coastal ecological characteristics, the concept of "potential ecological sensitive area" is put forward in this paper, and the "latent ecological sensitive area" along the coastal line is taken as the research object, that is, the ecological sensitive area and the construction coordination area are taken as a whole. To explore the ecological conservation and urban design methods for such areas. This paper tries to synchronize the planning and protection, while not destroying the whole ecosystem of the city, and at the same time, carries on the ecological restoration to the fragile ecological environment, creates the beautiful and pleasant coastal landscape, and makes the guidance for the future urban design. In this paper, a case study on ecological conservation and urban design practice is carried out with a case study of the urban planning and bidding scheme of Luoyang River region in Quanzhou City. This paper is divided into two parts. The first part is to put forward the problems and analyze the causes of the problems, including the first chapter of the paper, put forward the background, significance and connotation of the potential ecological sensitive areas, and discuss the scope and methods of the research. Framework and content The second part is the strategy method to solve the problem, including chapter 2, chapter 3, chapter 4, chapter 2, the ecological conservation strategy of coastal potential ecological sensitive area, chapter 3 is the study of ecological city design method of coastal potential ecological sensitive area, the second chapter is the research on ecological conservation strategy of coastal potential ecological sensitive area. Chapter 4 introduces the ecological conservation and urban design of coastal potential ecological sensitive areas in practical cases. Chapter 5 is the summary of the paper.
