【摘要】：在全國旅游大發(fā)展的浪潮下,吉林省旅游行業(yè)的各項指標也在穩(wěn)步上升。隨著旅游業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,省內(nèi)旅游教育事業(yè)也取得了長足的進步。它幾乎與國內(nèi)旅游教育同時起步、發(fā)展。時至今日,已有30年的發(fā)展歷史。不過省內(nèi)旅游教育仍然處于探索階段,存在問題頗多。目前,雖然探討旅游教育的研究成果頗多,但針對吉林省旅游教育的研究卻極其有限。而要想得到長足、穩(wěn)定且可持續(xù)的發(fā)展,就需要全方位探討省內(nèi)旅游教育如何在專業(yè)設(shè)置、培養(yǎng)目標、人才數(shù)量及質(zhì)量等方面更加符合吉林省旅游行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,只有這樣才能真正解決由于省內(nèi)旅游業(yè)快速發(fā)展而造成的人才短缺問題。因此,本文試圖對吉林省的人才培養(yǎng)、旅游院校、旅游課程、教育教學(xué)模式、專業(yè)師資等方面進行分析研究,力求全面地了解吉林省旅游教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。 本文采用了文獻資料和問卷調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方法,分層次介紹了吉林省旅游教育的發(fā)展歷程,并從省內(nèi)院校、專業(yè)設(shè)置、課程體系、師資等方面全面具體地介紹了吉林省旅游教育現(xiàn)狀及特點。此外,本文還從學(xué)生需求的角度全面調(diào)查了省內(nèi)旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生對旅游專業(yè)的評價與期望。并在分析現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了吉林省旅游教育存在的問題,并提出了有針對性的政策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism, tourism education in Jilin Province has made great progress. It started and developed almost at the same time with the domestic tourism education. Today, it has been 30 years of development history. However, tourism education in Jilin Province is still in progress. At present, although there are many research results on tourism education, the research on Tourism Education in Jilin Province is extremely limited. If we want to get a substantial, stable and sustainable development, we need to explore how tourism education in Jilin Province should be set up in the professional setting, training objectives, the number and quality of talents. Therefore, this paper tries to analyze and study the talent cultivation, tourism colleges, tourism courses, education and teaching modes, professional teachers and other aspects of Jilin Province in order to fully understand the problem. The development of tourism education in Jilin province.
This paper introduces the development course of tourism education in Jilin Province by using the methods of literature and questionnaire, and introduces the current situation and characteristics of tourism education in Jilin Province from the aspects of colleges and universities, specialty settings, curriculum system, teachers and so on. On the basis of analyzing the present situation, this paper expounds the existing problems of tourism education in Jilin Province, and puts forward some pertinent policies.
