基于鉆石模型的上海會展業(yè)競爭力研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì),現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)正逐步代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)的時候,作為新型的無煙產(chǎn)業(yè)——會展業(yè)越來越成為服務(wù)貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域的一大亮點(diǎn)。上海作為中國最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)中心城市,,已具備發(fā)展會展業(yè)的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)及產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模。上海市政府在“十五”計劃中,明確提出將會展業(yè)作為服務(wù)業(yè)的重要一翼來發(fā)展,確立了將上海建成“國際會展中心城市”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。2010年世博會的成功申辦,將促進(jìn)上海會展業(yè)競爭力的大大提升。但上海會展業(yè)發(fā)展的時間較短,很多方面的發(fā)展還不完善,整體競爭力與國際會展發(fā)達(dá)城市有較大差距。因而研究上海會展業(yè)競爭力及其提升途徑有現(xiàn)實重要意義。 本文通過波特鉆石模型對上海會展業(yè)的競爭力進(jìn)行了探討。在波特鉆石模型的基礎(chǔ)上,從生產(chǎn)要素、行業(yè)需求、支持及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、結(jié)構(gòu)和競爭、機(jī)遇和政府這六方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析。通過鉆石模型的對上海會展業(yè)的剖釋后,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)上海會展業(yè)中的會展場館、從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)、品牌展會、會展企業(yè)和管理機(jī)制是制約上海會展業(yè)競爭力的重要因素。在論文的第五部分,提出了提升上海會展業(yè)競爭力的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, the modern service industry is gradually replacing the traditional service industry, as a new type of smokeless industry, exhibition industry has become a bright spot in the field of service trade. As the largest economic center city in China, Shanghai has the advantages of location, economic base and industrial scale. In the 10th Five-Year Plan, the Shanghai Municipal Government clearly proposed the development of the exhibition industry as an important wing of the service industry, and established the strategic goal of building Shanghai into an "international convention and exhibition center city." the successful bid for the 2010 World Expo, It will promote the competitiveness of Shanghai exhibition industry greatly. However, the development of Shanghai convention and exhibition industry is relatively short, many aspects of the development is not perfect, the overall competitiveness and international exhibition developed cities have a big gap. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the competitiveness of Shanghai convention and exhibition industry and the ways to promote it. This paper discusses the competitiveness of Shanghai exhibition industry through Porter diamond model. On the basis of Porter diamond model, this paper analyzes the factors of production, industry demand, support and related industries, enterprise strategy, structure and competition, opportunity and government in detail. By analyzing the diamond model of Shanghai exhibition industry, the author finds that the exhibition venues, employees' quality, brand exhibition, exhibition enterprises and management mechanism are the important factors that restrict the competitiveness of Shanghai convention and exhibition industry. In the fifth part of the paper, the development strategy of promoting the competitiveness of Shanghai convention and exhibition industry is put forward.
