縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源評(píng)價(jià)與開發(fā)策略研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源評(píng)價(jià)與開發(fā)策略這一主題,本文在理論部分主要圍繞縣域、休閑兩個(gè)核心概念進(jìn)行相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)及其理論的梳理,探討了縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的概念及其特征。基于上述理論研究,利用AHP方法,從農(nóng)業(yè)基地資源自身?xiàng)l件和旅游資源開發(fā)條件兩個(gè)角度構(gòu)建縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用專家小組法進(jìn)行指標(biāo)權(quán)重的計(jì)算,并利用李克特量表法構(gòu)建指標(biāo)賦值體系,由此來(lái)判斷資源等級(jí),使評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果更直觀更科學(xué)。在評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,從空間、業(yè)態(tài)、產(chǎn)品以及經(jīng)營(yíng)四個(gè)維度對(duì)縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游開發(fā)的一般策略進(jìn)行了探討與論述,為后文的實(shí)證做鋪墊。實(shí)證方面,首先運(yùn)用評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)模型,對(duì)磐安縣98個(gè)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源點(diǎn)進(jìn)行等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià),得出磐安縣共有有效資源點(diǎn)60個(gè),即一級(jí)資源點(diǎn)2個(gè)、二級(jí)資源點(diǎn)10個(gè)、三級(jí)資源點(diǎn)18個(gè)、四級(jí)資源點(diǎn)30個(gè);其次,開展了磐安縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源的類型與豐度的評(píng)價(jià),并就資源本身的產(chǎn)業(yè)屬性,歸納為七種資源類型;第三,開展了資源空間分布與組合特征評(píng)價(jià),劃分為景區(qū)依托、城鎮(zhèn)依托、交通依托、資源—環(huán)境依托4種空間類型:最后,從空間開發(fā)、業(yè)態(tài)開發(fā)、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)及經(jīng)營(yíng)開發(fā)四個(gè)方面具體提出了磐安縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源的策略。 本文的基本觀點(diǎn)和結(jié)論有: (1)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游是第一產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,而縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游則是在縣級(jí)行政區(qū)內(nèi),以農(nóng)村自然與人文環(huán)境為依托,以鄉(xiāng)村景觀、農(nóng)事活動(dòng)、農(nóng)耕文化、民俗風(fēng)情等為旅游吸引物,以城市居民為目標(biāo)市場(chǎng),以滿足市民休閑、體驗(yàn)、求知目的的一種新興旅游模式,具有生態(tài)性、參與性和去城市化等本質(zhì)特征,和季節(jié)性和地域性、教育性、平民性、可持續(xù)性等一般特征。 (2)本文認(rèn)為應(yīng)從農(nóng)業(yè)基地自身?xiàng)l件和旅游資源開發(fā)條件兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源評(píng)價(jià),并由此確定由基地自然條件、基地資源豐度、基地資源價(jià)值、資源開發(fā)條件、資源開發(fā)意愿和資源開發(fā)效益及其影響因素組成的項(xiàng)目層和因子層,構(gòu)建由目標(biāo)層、綜合層、項(xiàng)目層和因子層共同組成的縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源評(píng)價(jià)體系。 (3)節(jié)點(diǎn)、軸線、域面是組成區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的基本要素。旅游目的地的空間演化是一個(gè)不斷優(yōu)化的過(guò)程,分為極核模式階段、點(diǎn)軸模式階段和網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式階段,因此,縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的空間開發(fā)應(yīng)注重點(diǎn)、線、面的選取與開發(fā),應(yīng)選擇中心城鎮(zhèn)、景區(qū)周邊和旅游廊道或交通干線交叉口、大型農(nóng)業(yè)基地或自然環(huán)境優(yōu)越區(qū)域的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源點(diǎn)作為重要節(jié)點(diǎn)優(yōu)先開發(fā);應(yīng)選著重要交通干線和景區(qū)間的主要旅游廊道作為發(fā)展軸線優(yōu)先拓展;應(yīng)選擇上述節(jié)點(diǎn)、軸線周邊資源點(diǎn)分布集中區(qū)域作為開發(fā)域面,集群開發(fā)。 (4)從縣域尺度、鄉(xiāng)村屬性、休閑特征出發(fā),參照鄉(xiāng)村旅游與休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游的業(yè)態(tài)模式,認(rèn)為縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游可形成觀光農(nóng)園、休閑農(nóng)園、教育農(nóng)園、農(nóng)場(chǎng)莊園、頤養(yǎng)家園、高科技農(nóng)業(yè)示范園、農(nóng)業(yè)博物館以及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品會(huì)展(購(gòu)物)中心等八種業(yè)態(tài)模式。 (5)隨著旅游者對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)品消費(fèi)需求的逐步提高,縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游也由低層次向高層次不斷發(fā)展演變。根據(jù)游客消費(fèi)需求的不同,縣域休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游產(chǎn)品可以分為觀賞型、休閑型、體驗(yàn)性、教育型、養(yǎng)生型、度假型、綜合型等不同類型。 (6)根據(jù)磐安縣各等級(jí)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源分布狀況,結(jié)合資源類型、豐度和空間組合情況,提出了“一心、兩核、三軸、四片、十二點(diǎn)”的空間開發(fā)策略,休閑農(nóng)園、頤養(yǎng)家園、教育農(nóng)園、觀光農(nóng)園、綜合型基地五類業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展策略,休閑型、養(yǎng)生型、教育型、觀光型以及綜合型五種產(chǎn)品開發(fā)策略。
[Abstract]:In view of the theme of County Leisure Agricultural tourism resources evaluation and development strategy, this paper discusses the concept and characteristics of leisure agricultural tourism in county area mainly around the county and the two core concepts of leisure in the theory, and discusses the concept and characteristics of the county leisure agricultural tourism. Based on the above theory, the AHP method is used to develop the resources of the agricultural base itself. Conditions and tourism resources development conditions two angles to construct the evaluation index system of leisure agricultural tourism resources in county area, use the expert group method to calculate the index weight, and use the Li kte scale method to construct the index system, thus judging the resource level, making the evaluation result more intuitive and more scientific. On the basis of evaluation, it is from space and industry. The general strategies for the development of County Leisure Agricultural tourism are discussed and discussed in four dimensions, such as state, product and management. In the case of empirical analysis, first of all, the evaluation index model is used to evaluate the level of 98 recreational agricultural tourism resources in Panan County, and 60 effective resources are obtained, that is the first class resources. Point 2, two level resource point 10, three level resource point 18, four level resource point 30. Secondly, the type and abundance evaluation of leisure agricultural tourism resources in Panan county are evaluated, and the industrial attribute of resources itself is summed up to seven resource types. Third, the distribution and combination of resource distribution and combination characteristics are carried out, divided into scenic spots relying on, towns and towns Relying on, relying on traffic, resources and environment rely on 4 kinds of spatial types: finally, from the space development, industry development, product development and management and development of four aspects of Panan County Leisure Agricultural tourism resources strategy.
The basic views and conclusions of this article are as follows:
(1) leisure agricultural tourism is the product of the combination of the first industry and the third industry, while the county leisure agriculture tourism is in the county administrative region, relying on the rural nature and the humanistic environment, taking the rural landscape, farming activities, farming culture, folk customs as the tourist attraction, and taking the urban residents as the target market to satisfy the leisure and leisure of the citizens. A new tourism model for the purpose of seeking knowledge, with the essential characteristics of ecological, participatory and urbanized, and the general characteristics of seasonal and regional, educational, civilian and sustainable.
(2) this paper thinks that we should evaluate the leisure agricultural tourism resources from the two subsystems of the agricultural base and the development conditions of the tourism resources, and determine the project layer composed of the natural conditions of the base, the abundance of base resources, the value of base resources, the development conditions of the resources, the desire for the development of resources, the benefit of the development of resources and the influencing factors. And factor level, a county leisure agriculture tourism resources evaluation system composed of target level, comprehensive level, project level and factor level is constructed.
(3) the node, the axis and the domain are the basic elements of the regional spatial structure. The spatial evolution of the tourist destination is a continuous optimization process, which is divided into the polar core model stage, the point axis mode stage and the network mode stage. Therefore, the spatial development of the leisure agricultural tourism in the county should be focused on, the selection and development of the line and surface should be selected and the central towns should be selected. At the intersection of the scenic spots and the tourist corridors or the traffic trunk lines, the leisure agricultural tourism resource points in the large agricultural base or the superior area of the natural environment are developed as an important node, and the important traffic trunk lines and the main tourist corridors between the scenic spots should be chosen as the development axis, and the above nodes should be selected and the resource points around the axis should be divided. The distribution area is used as the development domain, and the cluster is developed.
(4) from the county scale, rural attribute and leisure characteristics, referring to the mode of rural tourism and leisure agricultural tourism, the county leisure agricultural tourism can form eight kinds of industries, such as sightseeing farm, leisure farm, education farm, farm manor, Summer Palace, high-tech agricultural demonstration garden, agricultural museum and agricultural Exhibition (shopping) center. Mode of state.
(5) along with the gradual improvement of tourists' consumption demand for tourist products, the county leisure agricultural tourism has also evolved from low level to high level. According to the different tourist consumption demand, the county leisure agricultural tourism products can be divided into ornamental, leisure, experience, education, health, holiday and comprehensive types.
(6) according to the distribution of leisure agricultural tourism resources in Panan County, combined with the resource types, abundance and space combination, it puts forward the strategy of "one heart, two cores, three axes, four pieces, twelve points", the leisure agricultural garden, the summer home, the education farm, the light farm garden, the comprehensive base five types of development strategies, the leisure type and the health care type. Educational, sightseeing and integrated five product development strategies.
