【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化大潮的推動(dòng)下,國際產(chǎn)業(yè)資本不斷向中國轉(zhuǎn)移,同時(shí),國內(nèi)長三角和珠三角等發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)資本也逐漸向內(nèi)地轉(zhuǎn)移。徐州作為全國重要的綜合性交通樞紐,是隴海蘭新經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的中心城市之一、淮海經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的中心城市、徐州都市圈的特大核心城市,在交通和經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)位上有顯著優(yōu)勢,成為國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)資本的聚焦之地。面臨著城市建設(shè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重大歷史機(jī)遇,徐州根據(jù)江蘇省“十一五”規(guī)劃中加快建設(shè)徐州工程機(jī)械生產(chǎn)基地及物流中心的重要指示,強(qiáng)力打造工程機(jī)械及物流兩大主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。在此背景下,建設(shè)“徐州工程機(jī)械博覽物流中心”(以下簡稱“工程機(jī)械博覽物流中心”或“博覽物流中心”)是加快發(fā)展工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和提升交通樞紐地位的重要戰(zhàn)略決策,有助于徐州市進(jìn)一步發(fā)展現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)、物流、旅游業(yè)等現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè),更將通過工程機(jī)械博覽會(huì)成為徐州市邁向世界舞臺(tái)的城市名片。 本文依托徐州特色支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),通過研究,提出建設(shè)徐州工程機(jī)械博覽物流中心。 全文共分九部分： 第一章概述。提出了項(xiàng)目研究的背景和意義,說明了寫作方法和結(jié)構(gòu)。 第二章項(xiàng)目建設(shè)必要性分析。從五方面系統(tǒng)分析了該項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)必要性。 第三章市場分析與定位。這一章是文章的重點(diǎn)。這一章從該項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展環(huán)境、發(fā)展條件、戰(zhàn)略定位三個(gè)方面分析了項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的可行性。 第四章空間布局規(guī)劃。依據(jù)項(xiàng)目指導(dǎo)思想對(duì)功能區(qū)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)并提出布局。 第五章交通組織。通過區(qū)位及影響分析,闡明內(nèi)外交通組織的優(yōu)勢。 第六章組織機(jī)構(gòu)及運(yùn)行機(jī)制。通過設(shè)置直線職能式組織機(jī)構(gòu),明確各機(jī)構(gòu)職能,建立完善的運(yùn)行機(jī)制。 第七章總投資估算和資金籌措。通過設(shè)定估算范圍和依據(jù),確定估算額度,制定資金籌措計(jì)劃。 第八章財(cái)務(wù)分析。通過細(xì)致的財(cái)務(wù)分析得出財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)。 第九章社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析。 第十章結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Driven by the tide of global economic integration, international industrial capital has been continuously transferred to China, and the industrial capital of developed regions such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta has also been gradually transferred to the mainland. As an important comprehensive transportation hub in the country, Xuzhou is one of the central cities in the Longhai New Economic Belt. The central city of the Huaihai Economic Zone and the mega-core city of Xuzhou Metropolitan Circle have significant advantages in traffic and economic zones. To become the focus of industrial capital at home and abroad. Faced with the great historical opportunity of urban construction and industrial development, Xuzhou quickened the construction of Xuzhou construction machinery production base and logistics center according to the "11th Five-Year Plan" of Jiangsu Province. Strong construction machinery and logistics two major industries. In this context, The construction of "Xuzhou Construction Machinery Expo Logistics Center" (hereinafter referred to as "Construction Machinery Expo Logistics Center" or "Expo Logistics Center") is an important strategic decision to accelerate the development of construction machinery industry cluster and enhance the position of transportation hub. Based on the characteristic pillar industry of Xuzhou, this paper puts forward the construction of Xuzhou Construction Machinery Expo Logistics Center. The background and significance of the project research are put forward, and the writing method and structure are explained. The second chapter analyzes the necessity of project construction.
