【摘要】：正《易》之有《旅》,其源維遠(yuǎn);《莊》之有《游》,厥義實(shí)木。倉廩實(shí)而知禮節(jié),衣食足而思遨游;讀萬卷書而意未央,行萬里路則神自暢。時(shí)代發(fā)展,旅游與會展行業(yè)興起;風(fēng)云際會,河南財(cái)經(jīng)政法大學(xué)旅游與會展學(xué)院成立。旅游與會展學(xué)院起源于1995年原河南財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)院貿(mào)易系的旅游管理專業(yè),2002年元月河南財(cái)經(jīng)學(xué)院旅游系成立,2009年5月正式更名為旅游與會展學(xué)院。學(xué)院是以河南財(cái)經(jīng)政法大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理學(xué)科優(yōu)勢為依托而建立的以本科為主的專業(yè)學(xué)院。目前,學(xué)院共有在校本科生713人,旅游管理在校研究生8人。學(xué)院現(xiàn)有旅游管理、會展經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理兩個本科專業(yè),均為河南省高校同類專業(yè)中最早獲批并招收本科生的專業(yè)。其中,旅游管理專業(yè)是省級重點(diǎn)學(xué)科、省級特色專業(yè),早在2006年就獲得了碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán);會展經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理專業(yè)是2006年獲批、2008年招生的河南省最早的會展本科專業(yè)。2004年,學(xué)院在省內(nèi)高校中首批獲得國家旅游局頒發(fā)的"旅游規(guī)劃丙級
