【摘要】：在我國國民經(jīng)濟快速穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展的形勢下，體育回歸大眾的訴求，回歸自然理念的形成，由體育和旅游相互交融而形成的一種新穎的、綜合性的旅游方式——體育旅游逐步受到國民的青睞，并成為人們余暇時間從事休閑、鍛煉、健身等活動的首選，為中國體育旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了廣闊的發(fā)展空間。 上海是中國的國家中心城市，是我國高度發(fā)達(dá)的經(jīng)濟、科技、工業(yè)、金融、貿(mào)易、會展和航運中心。上海具有深厚的近代城市文化底蘊和眾多的歷史古跡，她位于“江南水鄉(xiāng)”，具有豐富的水資源和體育旅游資源和廣闊的市場需求。為了更好地了解和掌握上海市體育旅游及其資源開發(fā)潛力和現(xiàn)狀，促進(jìn)以“水上項目”體育旅游資源的更好利用與發(fā)展，本研究運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法，以上海市體育旅游水上項目資源開發(fā)為研究對象，分析與討論了上海市發(fā)展體育旅游水上項目的基本理論、現(xiàn)狀和基本做法等方面的問題，并提出了上海市體育旅游水上項目資源開發(fā)的基本策略和構(gòu)想。主要結(jié)論如下： 1、上海市大多數(shù)居民每年都有旅游計劃并能將計劃付諸于行動。在參與體育旅游的人群中，女性略低于男性。旅游/飯店、學(xué)生、退休這三大職業(yè)是參與體育旅游的主要職業(yè)和人群；學(xué)歷越高，參加體育旅游的人群比例越高，從初中及以下到碩士及以上基本上參與率逐漸提高；居民月收入2000元以下的體育旅游參與率最低，月收入5000元以上的居民的體育旅游參與率最高。組團旅游是主要的體育旅游形式。 2、上海市居民認(rèn)知水上項目體育旅游主要渠道是網(wǎng)絡(luò)、旅行社推薦和同事朋友介紹著三種渠道。對體育旅游水上項目表現(xiàn)出高度支持態(tài)度，尤其熱衷于水上項目賽事觀摩。調(diào)查表明，他們參與水上體育旅游項目的動機主要是賽事觀摩、增加閱歷，其次是健身度假、休閑娛樂和商務(wù)會議，最后是項目培訓(xùn)和其他。居民對水上項目體育旅游十分感興趣、有機會想嘗試的占67.4%。目前，居民對現(xiàn)有的體育旅游景點的內(nèi)部設(shè)施與服務(wù)評價較高，，但是對上海市現(xiàn)有的體育旅游景點配套的交通、餐飲、服務(wù)的滿意度不高，綜合評價較不滿意。 3、上海市體育旅游水上項目資源的開發(fā)具有區(qū)域地理位置、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、旅游資源豐富、市場需求強烈和體育賽事頻繁等方面的優(yōu)勢，是上海市水上項目體育資源發(fā)展的有利條件。制約和影響上海市體育旅游水上項目資源開發(fā)與利用的瓶頸主要體現(xiàn)在體育旅游管理體制、水上項目資源開發(fā)水平、專業(yè)人力資源的引進(jìn)和運用以及環(huán)境意識與市場意識的塑造。 4、上海市水上項目體育旅游的資源十分豐富。奉賢海灣旅游區(qū)、上海熱帶風(fēng)暴水上樂園是目前具有休閑娛樂、健身的綜合體育旅游聚集區(qū)，有較為全面的水上項目設(shè)施基礎(chǔ)。滴水湖、淀山湖的水質(zhì)達(dá)到國家二級水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，適宜開展綠色、無污染的水上運動項目，如帆船、帆板、賽艇、皮劃艇、龍舟等。橫沙島、長興島、崇明島依江傍海，氣候宜人，自然環(huán)境優(yōu)越，具有先天的“土肥、氣明、水清”三大優(yōu)勢。 5、上海市體育旅游水上項目資源開發(fā)的指導(dǎo)思想是轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，促進(jìn)體育資源分配的均等化；塑造水上項目的賽事形象，凝練水上項目文化；健全水上項目社會化和商業(yè)化的運行機制；促進(jìn)多元化的競賽類型形成；加強水上項目管理體制建設(shè)。 6、上海體育旅游水上項目資源開發(fā)實施的基本策略是增加投資力度，完善管理機制。不斷開發(fā)新型產(chǎn)品，重視與加強人才引進(jìn)。加大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)力度，奠定良好的環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)。借助文化旅游載體，增強體育旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)知名度。 7、為了促進(jìn)上海市體育旅游水上項目資源開發(fā)和體育旅游事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展，必須實現(xiàn)統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、綜合開發(fā)，加強體育與旅游等行業(yè)的交流與合作；加大政策支持力度，完善體育旅游法律、法規(guī)建設(shè)；創(chuàng)建上海都市體育旅游水上項目品牌，加大宣傳促銷力度；第四、多種渠道培養(yǎng)體育旅游人才，不斷提高體育旅游綜合服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In the situation of rapid and healthy development of China's national economy, sports return to the demand of the masses, return to the formation of natural ideas, a new and integrated tourism mode formed by the combination of sports and tourism, sports tourism is gradually favored by the people, and become leisure, exercise, fitness and so on. The first choice of activities provides a broad space for the development of China's sports tourism industry.
Shanghai is the central city of China. It is a highly developed economy, science and technology, industry, finance, trade, exhibition and shipping center. Shanghai has a profound cultural heritage of modern cities and many historical sites. She is located in the "Jiangnan Water Village", with rich water resources, sports tourism resources and broad market demand. To understand and master the potential and current situation of sports tourism and its resources development in Shanghai, and to promote the better utilization and development of sports tourism resources on "water project", this study uses the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to develop the resources of sports tourism in Shanghai as the research object. This paper analyzes and discusses the basic theory, current situation and basic practice of sports tourism development in Shanghai, and puts forward the basic strategies and ideas for the development of sports tourism resources in Shanghai. The main conclusions are as follows:
1, most of the residents in Shanghai have a plan of tourism every year and can put the plan into action. Among the people involved in sports tourism, women are slightly lower than men. Tourism / hotels, students, and retirement are the major occupations and crowds involved in sports tourism; the higher the educational background, the higher the proportion of people who participate in sports tourism, from junior high school and below. To master and above, the rate of participation is gradually increased; the participation rate of Sports Tourism under 2000 yuan per month is the lowest, and the participation rate of sports tourism is the highest among the residents with monthly income of more than 5000 yuan.
2, the main channel of sports tourism in Shanghai city residents is the network, the travel agency recommends and the colleagues and friends introduce three channels. It shows a high support attitude to the sports tourism water project, especially the water sports events. The investigation shows that the main motivation of their participation in the sports tourism project is to watch and increase the sports events. In addition to the experience, the second is the fitness holiday, the leisure entertainment and the business meeting, the final project training and other. The residents are very interested in the sports tourism of the water project. The opportunity to try is 67.4%. now, the residents have higher evaluation of the existing sports tourist attractions' internal facilities and services, but the existing sports tourist attractions in Shanghai city match. The satisfaction of transportation, catering and service is not high, and the comprehensive evaluation is not satisfactory.
3, the development of Shanghai sports tourism water project resources has the advantages of regional geographical location, economic development level, rich tourist resources, strong market demand and frequent sports events. It is a favorable condition for the development of sports resources in Shanghai water project. It restricts and affects the development and utilization of Shanghai sports tourism water project resources. The bottleneck is mainly embodied in the management system of sports tourism, the development level of water project resources, the introduction and application of professional human resources, and the molding of environmental awareness and market consciousness.
4, Shanghai water project sports tourism resources are very rich. Fengxian Bay tourism area, Shanghai tropical storm water park is a comprehensive sports tourism gathering area with leisure and recreation, and has a more comprehensive foundation of water project facilities. The water quality of Dianshui lake and Dianshan Lake reach the national level two standard of water quality, which is suitable for green and green. Polluted water sports, such as sailing, sailing, rowing, canoeing, dragon boat and so on. Yheng Sha Island, Changxing Island, Chongming Island along the river near the sea, the climate is pleasant, the natural environment is superior, with the congenital "soil fertilizer, gas, water clear" three advantages.
5, the guiding ideology of the development of Shanghai sports tourism water project resources is to change ideas and promote the equalization of sports resources distribution; to shape the sports event image of water projects, to develop water project culture, to improve the operation mechanism of socialization and commercialization of water projects; to promote the formation of multiple competition types; and to strengthen the management of water projects. System construction.
6, the basic strategy for the development and implementation of Shanghai sports tourism water project resources is to increase investment, improve the management mechanism, develop new products, attach importance to and strengthen the introduction of talents, strengthen the construction of infrastructure, and lay a good foundation for the environment.
7, in order to promote the development of sports tourism resources and the healthy development of sports tourism in Shanghai, we must realize overall planning, comprehensive development, strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between sports and tourism, strengthen the policy support, improve the laws and regulations of sports tourism, and create the brand of Shanghai urban sports tourism water project. Increase publicity and promotion efforts; fourth, a variety of channels to cultivate sports tourism talents, and continuously improve the comprehensive quality of sports tourism.
